Truly excellent service by a lovely young lady named Chelsea who was the Sunday supervisor. She greeted me warmly and immediately interrupted what she was doing to serve me. She is an absolute credit to Shoezone. Thanking you very much.

Absolutely horrendously appauling service! I came here with my sister because she needed new school shoes and I can not express enough how RUDE the staff are. We came in and the woman serving us was rude to us.we said we were paying in cash (we don't have bank cards) and she was like FINE in a rude tone. The quality of the shoes are shokingly awful. My sister tried them and the broke half though the day. I mean come on do they think I live in a cardboard box! DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD SHOES GO TO TESCOS
