   Unfortunately my experience at this store was disappointing. Some of the staff seemed to have a forced smile, and whenever you ask for something you get unnecessary excuses or delays which make you feel they don’t really want to help. A rather bad experience overall, and I hope management considers other similar reviews and improves customer service in the future

   Came into the store earlier this week, was a mess. No staff had been bothered to do any face ups. Dirty floors and miserable members of staff. Took 15 minutes for my shoes to come in the size I asked for. No apology. Also overheard the ‘’managers’ swearing on the shop floor infront of my small children. It was a man and a women. Also the way they treated the younger staff was appalling. A blatant display of employing younger staff as they can’t afford to pay adults. Will never be back.

   Experienced very poor customer service today at the Cribbs. 3 weeks after buying my sons trainers, stitching had come away at the front. The manager was very rude and accused him of causing the damage- saying something had passed behind the stitching. This was not the case at all. An object cannot pass behind secure stitching. Went to the store at Cabot Circus, where we received excellent customer service, immediately offering an exchange, as it was clear that there was a fault with the trainer.

   We went into cribbs to exchange some new balance. We were served by George or Georgia. Whilst being served we were rudely interrupted by an incredibly rude irate woman. Thought the member of staff dealt with the matter extremely well and was very professional. Impressed with the service. Thanks

   Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Tried to return some clearly unworn shoes that simply didn’t fit me and they refused a refund for them saying they looked worn. They were the exact same state I was sold them… so £50 in the bin

You were so lovely and patient with my daughter and didn't treat her any differently from any other child given her disability. I thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism.
