Own a few pairs of your shoes. One pair that I wear for work required new laces, so went to your Cribs store to enquire if you sold replacements and your amazing staff found me a pair and were so kind as not to charge me. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name, but she was very attentive and helpful. You have a customer for life. Thank you.
Although I like some of Dune products, we were railroaded into providing our email address for a receipt from the shop assistant in lieu of a paper receipt. We were promised there would be no marketing emails sent, but lo and behold daily emails from Dune. I would not bother reviewing about this kind of thing, but I did not appreciate the falsehood about the marketing intent.
Queued for 20 mins after being told a product search could only be done at the till only to have the till assistant not scan anything and walk to the warehouse. Lazy unhelpful staff. Shocking branch
Pushy staff is an understatement. As soon as you walk through the door they’re on you. It’s my pet hate and guaranteed to make me walk straight back out. They’re rude too. It’s a shame because their merchandise is right up my street. I really hope head office is reading this and gives the staff a lesson in customer service!
The manager lady who was working there on Sunday (5th Dec) is rather rude and not very helpful. I have actually found most of the staff at this store quite rude and incompetent.
Visited today and was aware of a really "pushy" sales assistant whilst a lady was trying on boots with her partner she would not let up. When they decided against buying them she started hassling me and it put me off bothering to try on what I had been looking it which was a real shame as she probably cost this shop 2sales in The time I was instore. Please give this lady some customer service training or she cripple your sales.
I thought the customer service was excellent. The staff were really helpful.
