   I recently had the pleasure of purchasing two single beds from Benson Beds, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with excellent customer service. A special shout-out to Cameron, the salesperson who assisted me. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the range of beds and took the time to understand my needs for my teenagers. Cameron was very patient and guided me through the various options, explaining the pros and cons of each, which really helped me make an informed decision. His expertise made the process so much easier, and I felt confident in my choices. He even helped with recommendations on the best mattress for comfort and durability. The beds themselves are fantastic quality, and my teenagers love them! I’m extremely satisfied with both the products and the overall customer service at Benson Beds. I highly recommend them, and Cameron in particular, from the hamilton branch if you’re in the market for new beds or furniture!

   From point of purchase in-store to building the bed I was extremely happy with my experience. In-store we were greeted immediately by friendly well informed staff, all information was given and the picking and purchase process was easy. We had enough updates via text on our order between purchases and delivery. Instructions were simple and easy to understand.

   We had an absolutely fantastic experience getting the right bed for us in the Hamilton store. If you need a bed, go here! We highly recommend it. It’s a smaller store but the customer service is outstanding! Bozena, the manager welcomed us when we came in but then gave us time to look around. After we tried out some beds at our leisure and we’re able to chat to each other, Bozena came over and gave us some advice on the beds we were looking at, she then gave us some more time to think. Once we decided on what we wanted, she was fantastic at getting all the right deals in place for us. She did this all with such energy and enthusiasm and it was 7:30pm in the evening after what must’ve been a long day! She then talked us through the care plan for the mattress and bed and booked a delivery date that was suitable for us. Throughout the whole process, she listened to our needs and our price range and worked with us to get the best possible bed. We left there with a nice new bed, headboard, mattress, pillows and mattress protectors. Which we are very please with and excited for it to arrive. Thank you so much Bozena!
