   Pressure sales & hidden limits on Price Match – Uddingston branch staff told me the sale ended that day to push a sale, which was untrue. The sale was still on 3 days later. After buying online, I found a lower price but Archers refused to match it - despite no wording on their Price Match page or in the Terms & Conditions, that I could find to say it only applies before purchase. Felt misled from start to finish. I would not shop here again. Would give 0 stars if I could

   Don't waste your money buying from here!! My wife and I bought an Ottoman base and mattress from Archers Sleepcentre and we've had nothing but issues since it arrived. We highlighted an abnormal noise coming from the mattress, with it even being off the ottomanbase, within the first few days and were met with nothing but hostile responses. Archers Sleepcentre eventually agreed to send out an 'independent' company (which they sub contract by the way, so hardly independent) to review the noise and although they agreed there was a noise, the noise was throughout the whole mattress, so that was deemed normal for the new mattress. We totally disagree with this and are of the opinion there is a manufacturing defect. Due to us reporting all this within the first couple of weeks, and no offer to exchange or replace from Archers Sleepcentre, we have reported this through consumer advice scotland. Who advised we ask if they are part of a dispute resolution scheme which apparently they are not, which should put everyone off buying from this company as if you do have issues you'll need to take them to a small claims court. The noise has since got worse and we've also reported this to the head office and store manager, but are at the stage they don't even respond now. Don't bother buying from this buch of crooks. You'll have nothing but issues.

   Bought a relatively high priced king sized bed from the company. Within 4 months the bottom part of bed came loose and staples came out of end section. Found out when my three year old son scratched himself on staple. Came with a guarantee against faulty workmanship. Called store up and said manufacturers won't replace. After spending a large amount of money on this bed and fault appearing in a short space of time am absolutely appalled at lack of customer support post purchase. Terrible service in my opinion, do not recommend.

   Archers Sleep Centre - UDDINGSTON We've been in SO many shops looking and it's IMPOSDIBLE to work out how much it actually costs for each bit, it's a nightmare!! And online, it's still really expensive, and you can't see exactly what u want! Archers had the exact price on display on every item, including any extras !! Plus, they had £50 off and buy 3 bits and get a 4th free, which is perfect because i wanted upgrades!! The red book with the different configurations was very helpful - it would have been even better if it had photos of the furniture and finishes. Lastly, Dennis was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Answered all our questions without pushing us into a sale. Highly recommend and would buy from again

   Dealt with Colin at tannochside depot and he sorted us with a bed and accessories. Told bed would be a week. Then called to tell us the supplier would be closing for holidays and bed would now be several weeks. Very unhappy customer. After about half an hour Colin called back and had sourced a bed from another depot and an early than expected delivery. Top notch professional with great knowledge who came up with his own solution to a problem that arose through no fault of his own. Go to this guy and he will look after you. Ask for colin
