Excellent service, my prescription ran out today but no appointments so I would have not known about bank holidays
always a queue have to wait at least a week for prescription to be sent and returned from doctors so put your prescription in before you need it. Staff friendly but don't always have a pharmacist in the shop.

Terrible customer service and generally unhelpful and rude. Often don't have prescriptions ready and don't seem to care when it's not. Sadly can not avoid it as the prescription is sent here by gp but I would recomend avoiding if you can.
Absolutely slow to answer phone know things are weird due to covid 19 but you's only get 2 people in at once so can't be too rushed off your feet so answer the phone
