We needed a mattress for the same day, which most big suppliers don’t offer. I phoned up and was greeted by a lovely lady who let me know they had five in stock, so we popped through. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by John and his wife. I explained that my partner has some back issues, which we think are made worse by our current mattress. John and his wife took the time to talk us through the mattresses available for same day collection, as well as the pillows, and recommended the best options based on our needs. They were both incredibly helpful, making the whole process easy and stress-free. The prices were very reasonable, and we also picked up two pillows. Faultless customer service from start to finish, thank you both! We can’t wait for our first night in our new home on our new mattress and pillows.
