   Total shambles, the delivery drivers were pathetic and struggled to lift a mattress and dragged it along my driveway. Surely if you’re delivering mattresses you should be able to lift them. Once inside they struggled to lift it upstairs getting oil on my walls and carpet. I shall be taking this all the way and definitely won’t be using this company again.

   Mmm unsure of the staff here… blonde woman with tan medium height pink lipstick on served us and although spent time with us she was muttering under her breath to her colleague essentially telling her we were time wasters every two mins…. Lowkey pressuring too.,, not sure abt it here…

   Went to the Bishopbriggs to to place an order in person, I arrive at the branch to find that they have shut 30 minutes before closing time. Shame considering we already knew what we wanted and were going in to buy it.

   Bishopbriggs store was brilliant with us. We tried the sleep pro,Barbara was great with us from start to finish and made the options easy for us to choose. We told Barbara what we were looking for and she helped us throughout,great payment options,10% upfront and 0% finance. We've already recommended to some friends. Overall brilliant customer service from start to finish and the communication afterwards via email has been great too. Highly recommend
