   Dreadfully unorganised pharmacy, long wait times, a lot of staff just standing about prioritising the wrong things. using these guys to try to quit smoking, this is my fourth week, and consistently they have got my meds wrong. i did the consultation, had a proper chat in which i felt rushed out the door, with little care to my needs. first week was my mistake, as i accidentally gave misinformation about how much i smoked, so i rang and corrected myself.. 2nd week they gave me a good dose but expected one tiny pack of mints to last a heavy smoker an entire week and they said (we don't have any in stock, ill order you 65 next week).. come in the following week, and they all of a sudden don't have what they said they would order previously, and gave me gum, to which i already said in my consolation didn't work for me/doesn't agree with me. so now ive got ANOTHER week to wait.. its ridiculous, quitting smoking is already difficult as it is.. i haven't even managed to start being smoke free yet, let alone technically start my first week, as ive never had the correct product, whether dosage or amount. they're honestly so far, truly disorganised, and the service is so inconsistently terrible. my partner also was in for a consultation two weeks ago, was told to then come back the following week after being told to come in, the following week was the consolation. then was told to come in the week after for her products to quit smoking to, and low and behold, she was sat waiting for an hour, to just be told to fill the bloody form out again, went for another short consolation.. and sure they gave her the products, but they're the wrong products, so its not going to work. i truly will say this, this pharmacy barely even runs smoothly. constantly screwing up your prescriptions, long wait times, staff stringing you along promising to order in your prescription, to then waiting a week and still having nothing. its ridiculously terrible.

2. Cherry “CHEZZA” Mabon ★★★★★

   The blonde-haired CSA was outstanding today. She explained to me about my repeat prescription and asked me to come back in an hour and she'll have it all sorted. That's exactly what she did plus getting in touch with my surgery to ensure my prescription will be continued for next time. If I knew her name, she would get a commendment for her service ⭐️

   Avoid at all costs. Not only you waiting hours for prescriptions but also this shop opens and closes as wishes. They're excuse is always short of staff. Or someone forgot the keys. This should be closed to avoid disappointments.

   This is worst pharmacy, staf is very rude and take ages to prepare prescription .I wish can close it as this is rubbish place and dark spot at the name of NHS

   Trash service. One or two nice people but the team as a whole can be completely useless. I have never before had to wait to pickup something that is right behind the counter. Other times they have failed to order in the medication I am prescribed - disgusting they can let this happen.

   Useless people "working" there. They are always short of staff or on break. Apparently they need days to find your medication. Avoid this place, is a complete waste of time.

   The worst pharmacy in the UK. Julie- the store assistant has serious mental issues and needs to be retrained in customer service. The whole team lacks basic human courtesy. The waiting times to get your prescription is horrendous. Asked me to wait 1 hour for a simple 1 bottle antibiotics. Either replace the whole team or just let another competitor take over.

   Worst chemist I have ever used! Shop is dirty and always late opening. Whether it's in the morning or at lunch. There is always huge waiting times, prescriptions getting lost. This is not new for this shop. They have one lady working at reception and she needs help!! There is too much work for her to cope with. I have now been standing in the cue for 20 minutes and only one person been seen.update I waited for one hour and my prescription was not there oh what a surprise!! This is terrible service one lady running the whole shop. Oh great stand in the cue for one hour to be told they don't have it but doctors say it is there. This is another thing that happens a lot hear!. It is absolutely terrible service..this just gets worse today. My partner has went to collect her prescription and the lady behind the desk has lost it with another customer and thrown everyone out the shop!! So now you have people who need there meds not getting them. This is absolutely outrageous!! My partner is now going to have to go to hospital as her pain has got so bad!! I am so shock regarding this place!

   A total disaster. The worst pharmacy I have ever used! They have never had my prescription ready on time. Last time I made them aware of the fact that my current stock is about to run out soon and only if they are 100% sure the prescription will be ready to be collected on the date they claim it will, I will leave it with them. I was promised it will. I came on the day it was supposed to be there and they said - it hadn't been ordered yet, and - it would need at least 5 days to arrive at the pharmacy. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO BE THAT NEGLECTFUL, CARELESS AND DISRESPECTFUL OF PEOPLE'S TIME AND NEEDS?! These are medicines we are talking about. Why didn't they tell me to go elsewhere to start with?! This was the last time I used this pharmacy. Please avoid if you don't want stress, trouble or health issues. Add endless queues just to be left out with nothing
