Have set up the MEDPOINT collection service several times, still don't get a text to say medicines are ready. Surgery takes forever to hand it over, even with well over a weeks notice, then this pharmacy seems to succeed in either losing the prescription or just not bothering to fulfill it. When you go in person, you are met with an extremely grumpy and rude assistant who looks like they wish they were anywhere else. Even if the shop is empty you are told that they are far too busy and to come back later. Now, added to the mix, is that the phone just rings out and is never answered. before it cuts itself off after about 15 rings. This place needs a serious overhaul of its systems, it's absolutely dire.

You should be able to rate this place at zero stars. This is the worst pharmacy i have ever used. Constantly lose prescriptions. Staff are rude and do not care. Its never open when its meant to be. When it is open you will be waiting in a que for 45 minutes just for them to tell you they cant find your prescription. My family and i refuse to use this place again.

Terrible service, but the staff seem lovely and apologetic. Waiter 10 min to find out if they have the items and then was told it would be 20min so decided to wait as it seemed reasonable and did not mind for that period of time. After all this wait I was told - Oh it will be another 40 min. Sorry we have a backlog. Why do you give false expectations? Just be straight at the beginning is it that difficult? I am sure if you are upfront with people they would not mind. Dont make people wait half and hour to then tell them it will be another 40 minutes! If i knew it was going to be over an hour i might have gone to Morrisons and not waisted my time waiting there.Terrible service for prescriptions. Perhaps some training would help turn things around.

We are repeat customers with a regular prescription, and yet prescriptions are never ready on time. They are often completely lost, meaning we need to start all over again. However, individual staff are lovely and always try to help. Nevertheless, this is an important local amenity, and Lloyds really need to sort it out.

Wait for an hour for a prescription, which they then say they don't have. You say they do, then they find it, but don't have all the items. Meanwhile, they've asked your name and address umpteen times. You go back for the items they didn't have, and wait in the queue for half an hour. They say they're not in yet. You say, are you sure; it's been a few days. They check and they do have them. Then you wait another half an hour for them to label it. I've now moved to a new pharmacy that is a 15 min drive away, when this one is just round the corner from me.

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Queues are a nightmare. Every prescription you ask for is never ready even after weeks of waiting. You get prescriptions handed back to you to source somewhere else.. nothing is the pharmacy's fault... Took one prescription to another pharmacy and explained I had been waiting a month for medication that is life critical and pharmacist said ' they are not trying very hard' . If I could vote no stars I would. Customer service is shocking too staff just don't care.

This used to be such a good wee pharmacy but lately it's been awful. Waiting times in the queue of an hour to pick up repeat prescriptions that are never ready. There is always something missing and then you have to go through the whole thing again! Why can they not order your items when the script goes in? I put it in early enough so that it is ready before we run out of the item. But then on collection it's not there, they have to order it in and we are out of the medication by then. Will be using Morrisons from now on. Would give a zero star review if I could.

The Murieston Lloyds was bad during lockdown which was understandable but is much worse now. Meeds 4 visits to get a prescription filled. Visit 1. Prescription could not be found. Had to re order from docs. Visit 2. Arrived Saturday morning to find queue outside the door. Waited but little movement so had to leave. Visit 3. They found my old prescription but could not located the reissued one, with additional meds, ordered 9 days earlier. Visit 4. New prescription located but 2 out of 4 meds not available. 5th time lucky! They have a new system(?) Which seems worse than the old one.

Absolutely awful pharmacy. This review isn't a sleight on any of their customer facing service. It's just a complete shambles of a pharmacy that is so embedded with excuses to not filling out prescriptions. I mean, let's be real : 1. The doctors are advising to take prescriptions to Morrisons or Dedridge as they are aware of how poor they are. 2. Of the last 10 attempts to fulfil a prescription, we've never once been able to get our prescription same day. 3. On 3 attempts, they don't have the products. (2 of these we've had to return 2-3 days later to collect to be told causing further frustration). 4. 3 of the attempts to collect after personally handing in the prescription, to pick up 2-3 days later on advisement, to be told, "oh, this was just given to us this morning. It will be ready in an hour" 5. The other times to be told they didn't receive from the Health Centre as there can be delays in recieving over a week later. It's right next door... My advice, if you have a car, Ladywell pharmacy is worth the drive. Its literally the best pharmacy I've ever been to. Every prescription we have taken there has been issued same day. We even once handed in a prescription there at 2pm for item out of stock, and they still managed to secure the item we needed to collect again only a few hours later. I don't even expect them to ever match their level, but even getting there 20% of the way could actually make them usable.
