   Close randomly, never answer phone, prescription never ready on rare occasion they are open. Honestly they should not be allowed to operate given inability for people to collect prescriptions

   Joke off a place. Yes understand be busy etc but I went in for a prescription 2 days after it was placed and 3 staff behind counter, stood there for at least 5-6 minutes with no 1 coming to ask or help to what I was in for. More customers kept entering the shop and eventually was so many customers standing waiting with no service. My prescription wasn’t ready so got asked to go back, asked when it would possibly be ready for I got told I don’t know. Really! That’s the service you provide and the answers. It’s an absolute joke of a pharmacy.

   I arrived at the pharmacy with 2 prescriptions, no customers so I thought it would be smooth and quite easy. There were 3 members of staff at the back, they saw me, nobody approached to ask what I needed or to tell me they were ALL extremely busy to serve me. After aproximately 5m I left. Terrible customer service. Looks that they dont need customers.

   I thought having a migraine was the worst my day would get, oh how wrong I was, seeking pain relief at this pharmacy made it seem like a positively enjoyable throbbing. Let me regale you of my experience. On walking into the pharmacy it was packed and there was nobody behind the till, a bad sign but not earning a 1 star. So after 5-10 minutes a human finally appears explains to a nice old lady they have looked and they can't find her prescription, the old lady says, standing in crutches, "I've already been down for this and it wasn't here can you just call me when you find it" another not so good sign. Finally another person is seen and the first thing that is said is unless you have exact change we can't serve you as we have been locked out the till, with this wee dribble of information half the people leave including myself. Jesus Christ, they would have gotten 3 stars for a sign that said that said we don't serve customers. Abysmal. Worst review for anything I've ever made.

   Awful service! Handed in an urgent prescription was told it would be an hour, came back for it later, still wasn’t ready, left it till the next morning to come back to get told it wasn’t checked by the pharmacist and would be another hour, came back an hour later to he told it won’t be ready till later afternoon! Some staff members are very arrogant. This is a consistent issue within the pharmacy. Definitely will not be back

   I stood outside for 20 minutes waiting to pick up my prescription that I get every two months ,once inside the pharmacy I noticed that no masks were being worn and one member of staff had her outdoor coat on no PPE. I was then informed that my prescription was'nt ready due to the shop being clossed last week ? This is not the first time my prescription has been delayed ,the trouble for me is that I work long hours and won't now be able to go pick it up .I have a teir 4 person living at home who I've sheilded for the past two years , the shop is tiny and staff should be wearing a mask at least .

   Although it is a tiny chemist and always v busy The girls at the front desk are extremely helpful and patient, and the pharmacist always goes out of her way to get your meds done as quickly as possible. In 3 years I’ve never had a problem or complaint.
