   My family and I have always been very happy with the service we’ve received. The staff were always friendly and helpful and the deliveries were first class. I’m guessing there’s been new staff recruited as the last twice I’ve called in the last week, I’ve not been impressed by the female who has dealt with me. Very rude and not all professional which is such a shame as it’s letting the pharmacy down.

   This place is absolutely hopeless and the staff lie to your face, I handed in a prescription Thursday 4 october, I was told to go back tomorrow after 11 o clock, I went back this morning (saturday 4th) 10.10am to be told they don't have it all, I also got notification for a 2nd prescription that would be ready to collect after 48 hours, I was told that it'll take 5 days for the doctor to send it and for it to be done. This isn't the first time I've not a prescription on time.... Now I have to go to Carmondean.

   Absolutely superb pharmacy, I moved from previous one as meds were taking ages to get to me, and the delivery man was very miserable. My meds are delivered with friendly smile within 48hrs. Staff and pharmacist really helpful and friendly, thoroughly recommend them.
