    Would not hesitate to recommend Palazzo. They did our kitchen completely as part of a house refurbishment. Julie was so friendly, ultra-organised, and kept us right throughout. The kitchen was delivered on time, the design was incredible, and she made such good suggestions about where things were to go. Minor snags such as a missing shelf or paint touch ups were dealt with swiftly and completed to a high standard by Steph, who was so neat and tidy. We really love our kitchen, and the process of design, buying and delivering the kitchen was flawless. The quality is incredible, and will last us a long time.     So glad we went with Palazzo for our kitchen and bathroom renovations, a few months after installation now and we still love it. We thought we had a design in mind but Pino gave us a few options that we hadn't considered before and it was much better than we had imagined ourselves. The process was smooth from start to finish and the team were very patient with us whilst we made our decisions on what we wanted (even though we did change our minds a few times). A couple of very minor things needed fixed during the process and these were dealt with quickly and without any further issues. Appliances all brilliant too, happy we went with recommendations from the team. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Palazzo to friends and family and would use again in the future. Thanks!

    We wanted to extend our existing kitchen by knocking a wall through to our study and some friends had recommended Palazzo for this work. From our first visit to their showroom we were very impressed by how helpful the staff were - they listened intently to what we wanted to do and they also suggested different options ands ideas. High quality was the recurring theme, whether this was materials, workmanship or the people who did the actual work. Every touch point with Julie and Pino was positive and constructive. All the tradesmen were not only experts but really responsive and easy to like. Nothing was too much for them and their 'can do' attitude was much needed as they had to overcome some issues pertaining to the original building of our house. We were so impressed by this focus on finding and implementing a solution rather than just talk about problems. In terms of timescales, they outlined a likely start date and kept us fully informed of any changes. Another massive plus using Palazzo was their project management which ensured the co-ordination of different tradesmen was as streamlined as possible. Of course, when making changes to our home, there are always some glitches but Pino in particular made sure there was a positive outcome. Even after the kitchen was complete, we identified a relatively minor plumbing issue and they sorted this with the minimum of fuss. My wife and I would not hesitate to use Palazzo again and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality service carried out with people we could trust and superb craftmanship. They are clearly at the high end from a cost perspective but quality shines through in everything they do and for us, we are delighted to have engaged with Palazzo.

    Palazzo kitchens provided a fantastic design service, Pino helped us design a kitchen we’re thrilled with, also a bar area in a separate area, the kitchen is superb, we love Dekton stone worktop and appliances are first class.     This company created the most beautiful kitchen for me . Their attention to detail and thorough planning of the job meant the whole process was stress free. All cabinets were bespoke and built to the highest standards and hand painted on site . Every craftsman who worked on the project was reliable and highly skilled and really cared about the work they carried out . I couldn’t recommend this caring and genuine company highly enough .
