Whilst I was running for a train at 05:30 in the morning to catch a train to Bristol. Sadly my Animal flip flops broke after over four years of use. I popped into the MW store on Queen street near Clifton triangle, the staff there were really helpful but they didn’t have my size in stock so directed me to this store. Just like the staff in the Queens Road store, they were very welcoming and offered assistance. The customer service was fantastic and I was glad to replace my Animal flip flops.
Nice shop, well stocked, inclusive with items made out of natural fibre, which now a days it’s harder and harder to find at decent prices .60 days return policy is handy and good customer service experience.
Nice shop, they help you so well. We came from Spain and needes equipment for camping in a festival. They recomend us cheep things for few days and also made a discount showing our festival tickets. Thank u guys, you saved our nights!!
I stumbled across this shop and it’s absolutely amazing! Their clothes are fantastic quality and really last, and the prices are excellent. The staff are really friendly, lovely, and knowledgeable with all products. They blow their competition out of the water. I recommend them to anyone!

9 out of 10 times can find items needed here. If not, online store has greater range. Always pleased with the value and on-offer products. It's a smaller shop but the staff do a good job of selecting relevant items and the in-store staff are helpful.
