   Been here 3 times, served by both Steve and Ross. Steve was friendly and helpful throughout, his work on the strings was good and the results show during the game. Ross on the other hand has been rather unpleasant the couple times we met him. He comes across condescending and inhospitable during the conversation, unwilling to offer much advice or recommendations. Was also rather rude when we enquired about collection times, calling our enquiry “annoying” and that it “slows him down”. His work on the strings are decent, but strings are not as straight and tight as we wanted. Overall mixed feelings about this place, it could be good on a high or bad on a low.

   With much hope & expectation, I went yo restring my Racket which had done in just 2 hr. Grt job. But to my disappoint the string is not at all tight enough per strngth given. When asked given a very silly ans. Saying gaps are more in my racket. Can anyone accept that. Totally felt cheated. 2 star given for accepting my request and complete in quick time.

   The stringer Steve is helpful and knowledgeable. I rate him as a first class stringer and would not go anywhere else to have my squash rackets strung. You can get parked at Craiglockhart Tennis Centre and walk down to the shop which is in the building where the gym and sports halls are located. It is all part of Edinburgh Leisure.
