Although Skymonster doesn't have a shop anymore, I contacted them to ask if I could come in to try on some different impact vests. Jake was very responsive and we met at their warehouse. It's fantastic to know in the day or ordering online to find out if something fits or not, Jake is so flexible and accommodating to help ensure I got the right product in the right size straight away. Prices were the same as other online stores so next time I need something I'll definitely use Skymonster again. Thanks Jake!

I am so glad I visited the store. I was preparing for cold water surfing and was looking for some gear for that. The owner Jake was really helpful and also real fun to chat to! Jake has many years of experience in the area and will be able to help you out on whatever you need when it comes to watersports. I bought ION Claw surf gloves and the cmonsta hanger. A real surprise was the price, which for the gloves was almost twice cheaper than elsewhere and Jake in addition gave me an extra discount! Real pleasure and I will be coming back here again for both some suggestions and some new gear :)

I was looking for some advice on my new kite gear. Independent reviews are hard to find, opinions are...only opinions. I asked a question on FB group and Jake (Skymonster) responded with helpful advice, huge knowledge, eagerness to help and great enthusiasm. When you add to that a very sound price for the gear we agreed upon, I just could not resist to place the order. Communication was excellent. Shipment fast. The whole buying experience is just perfect. You hope for such a high standard when buying anything online. I am absolutely satisfied and recommend Skymonster to everybody.
