   I try not to be overly critical but I have been here twice to have my phone screen fixed. Expensive but local. The first time it took several days longer than promised, and a few weeks after the screen developed streaks that gradually made the phone unusable. I returned and asked for them to fix it. They advised I would have to pay for a new screen. I agreed and since I was requesting the work on a Saturday they said it would be ready on Monday. On Monday I went in and they said Tuesday, then when I went in on Tuesday they said it might be fixed by Wednesday. I asked for my phone back and a refund. They asked me to come back on Wednesday as my phone wasn't there. No idea if I'll get my phone or my money back at this point. The staff member behind the counter was polite and apologetic.

   Good experience. nice shop with reasonable prices of display mobiles, good and knowledgeable staff I bought iPhone 13 in very reasonable price. And they gave me a free phone case. I had already bought a PlayStation 5 that also working very nice thanks

   Very nice shop I gave my mobile iPhone 12 for screen replacement they done in same day and put a screen protector free without any cost my favourite shop all ps Xbox games consoles and games are avaliable in this shop. Highly recommended

   Absolutely ridiculous shop and shouldn’t remain open, bought a computer for £95 for college work seen as all I would have needed was the computer to access the web which it couldn’t even process , the computer was then taken and I was told I’d get a call , one week later after no word or any contact I got in touch where I was told I’d be called by the “boss” no call came through. I called up again the next day and was told the same, again no call back. On the 9th day of having the computer taken I called again with full tendencies to go in to the shop. After a poor and sorry excuse of an offer of another laptop and after being told I wasn’t getting a refund for the confirmed faulty computer and a call with the “boss” I was issued a refund. 3 days down the line still no sign of the refund and the bank has confirmed there are no pending transactions into my account. Can not believe this place is allowed to remain open avoid at all costs.

   Within a year I have had repairs of my gadgets carried out by replay. Also, I have bought two mobile phones from Replay. One for my son on 27/12/2022 costing £175 and one for myself costing £140 (Sumsung A11 32 GB White) on 02/04/2022 including a screen protector. In all, both repairs and purchase cost of business I have done with Replay Bonnyrigg is almost £800. The phone I bought from Replay on the 02/04/2022 developed a fault where the screen would no light up (Note-screen was not damaged). I took the phone to the shop for the staff to look it and I have been told that, there is an internal problem which has resulted in the failure of the screen to light up. I was told by Replay staff during the weekend that, my phone's fault could not be covered by the warranty and for that matter I should pay £60 for the fault to be repaired. This came as a shock to me as I think Replay Business has duped me and ignored commercial rules on warranty. My only advice to other customers is to say that, if anyone wants to buy any electronic item, it should be better to buy it from a reputable independent store with a clear information on warranty rather than from Replay Bonnyrigg.

   Bought a soundbar for £70 thinking I got a bargain because I got £15 off got home found out it was from Asda because it still had the security tag on it and found out it was an old model that cost £45 brand new from Asda plus it was the older wired model. Beware you’ll get ripped off.
