I recently visited to purchase a laptop and had a really positive experience. The staff were extremely helpful and took their time to talk me through the different options, explaining everything clearly and giving genuinely useful advice. I felt well supported throughout and was really happy with the service I received. Based on my experience, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a laptop, TV, or any other electrical goods. Thank you to the team for the great help.

Could seriously be the worst shop in Scotland. Staff do not care, will keep you in a queue for over an hour. Sells items which aren’t in stock then act as if the customer is the problem. Do not shop here. Take your money elsewhere for a much better quality service.

Terrible! Arrived in 2 boxes - both damaged because of cheap packaging. Spoke to the helpline and was told I can’t return and exchange in store. I have to wait “up to 2 weeks for a collection” that would then need to be processed before a replacement is sent, so probably 3 to 4 weeks total. Completely useless!

I'd like to praise two staff members at Fort Kinnaird Edinburgh - Christine & Stuart. Christine helped me and my partner to purchase fantastic washer dryer. She was very knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. She explained the process, offered insurance and made the purchase very straightforward. Very lovely lady. Stuart delivered and installed the machine few days later. He was absolute star. Although he stumbled upon a bit of a plumbing problem in our flat, he didn't give up and finished the job. Nothing was too much of an hassle for him. Great guy. Hope their hard work is recognised by their bosses!

Very good place for buying electronics and gadgets. With its good location, it offers a wide variety of relevant items and their staff was also helpful in decision making. Thank you team Curry’s..!

I was served by Stephen, a floor Manager, a couple of months ago at the Edinburgh Fort Kinnaird store and I can tell you he was absolutely amazing. He is definitely a huge asset to the company and to the store. There was a little mix up with the availability of my chosen washing machine however he understood my disappointment and recognised my anxiety as he spoke to me in a calming manner. I felt instantly reassured. I am in the store often and have observed he is the problem solver. My son was in recently and he agreed Stephen provided an expert service. Such professionalism, knowledge, kindness and eagerness to help are skills hard to find in retail these days.

Went there for a wifi range extender. An employee called Peter showed us around and was very helpful and friendly. The product he recommended us was also quite affordable. Great experience overall! Ya'll better promote Pete! P.S The product did work!

Can’t see an option for no stars! Ordered and paid for Dyson hair dryer which allegedly was in stock at local store. Quickly received email saying it will soon be ready for pick up await further email. That was the last I heard. Next day I eventually got through to Currys, they checked and told me they were working on it. She said she would phone the store, whilst waiting they hung up on me. Abysmal service. Never ever again.

Amazing service until you buy a product then nobody will give you a second glance. Went in too upgrade my printer. Staff were great and we decided on a better HP printer. Got home and the new printer was alot slower and noisier than the old one. Took it back the next day as I nowere near as good as the old one but was told because I've opened it they wouldn't let me exchange it as they can't resell it. Absolute shocking in my eyes as they were the ones who recommended the printer too me

It is a larger Curry's store with better stock and range. I'd recommend doing research online and either coming in store to check the item physically, like a fridge, or to buy smaller items. This is because the staff seem to be busy and you won't get too much attention to make an informed decision. Their prices are well matched and I wouldn't worry about getting most items cheaper online from other retailers. And they recycle any electrical items for free that you drop off there! Overall, a great shop with rooms for improvements.
