   Some time ago, I experienced an issue with an order of firestop strips. The invoice indicated there were 10 pieces, but fewer were actually delivered. As the order was sent to the Seafield store and I urgently needed the full quantity that same day, I had to reorder the missing items, since a refund wouldn’t have been helpful at that point. Later, I spoke with the manager, Stuart, explained the situation, and he immediately understood what had happened. He handled the matter very professionally, and we were able to resolve everything quickly and amicably. I really appreciated his understanding and support.

   Very bad customer service the lady she was shouting to my little one because she's stunned in the empty shelf and I was ordering in the tablet. I didn't saw her. she makes me so upset and I will not be happy about it and we'll never come to this place again.

   I was in here today with my Dad. My Dad and I couldn't quite work out what we needed so we asked the young man at the counter. The young man at the counter showed absolutely no interest in helping us. Thankfully, there was an older man who was proactive and friendly. Context - my Dad is poorly and all he wanted was a new spool for a strimmer that he bought here. Good - older man. Rubbish - younger man.

   Really pleased with how helpful staff were here- I didn't really know the exact part that I needed, but Megan was super helpful in getting it sorted. It honestly saved me heaps of time. Extra happy with the location being dog friendly as well.

   I work in the public service. If i did and said what the Gentleman behind the counter had done i would have been in trouble with the establishment. He needs to work on his customer service and not try to make the customer uncomfortable. He made a comment about not losing sleep on a review. I wonder if his boss feels the same way. I wont name him but he knows who he is. I was served by him this morning.

   I often visit here for quick buys and planned jobs. Parking access good but often overloaded. Not much they can do though except relocate. Great service from staff with free coffees. Mostly good stock although some items may need ordered. Disabled access friendly.
