I am very impressed with the care I received at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Minor A&E department. The entire process took only 1 hour from registration to discharge, including an X ray and 2 separate reviews. Every member of staff I met was extremely kind and I am genuinely grateful for the care provided. Thank you and stay healthy!

I am incredibly grateful that I had my son here, it was my first experience of a C-section but the doctors especially Dr. Amanda Reid and nurses were very nice and supportive. Very excellent communication and care before and after my surgery. I highly recommend this hospital for excellent birthing experience.

Awful treatment from the staff from the very beginning. Even though I had fractured multiple bones again just after doing the same a year and a half ago. Was only given 1, yes 1 paracetamol even though I couldn't even walk I was in so much pain. The Doctor came round and said I could have dihydrocodeine every 4 hours or more if needed, but none of the nurses would give it to me. I also suffer from ARFID, which is an eating disorder and I was meant to get my 4 ensure drinks daily too. I didn't get any of these either. Not even 1 nurse would go to a different ward to get them for me even though they were told to by the doctor. They also didn't have 2 of my epilepsy medications. I had to order myself a snappy shopper to get cans of Nurishment drinks I buy at home if I run out of ensures, which cost me over £30. I had to end up signing myself out against doctors orders as I'd had enough of being treated so badly, and with NO care or understanding of how much pain I was in and NOT getting the proper medication or even food.*Edit* I was moved wards at 4.30am in the morning,, after just being found a bed in a ward, and the staff left my slippers under the bed. I called up the next day when I got home and was put through to another arrogant nursing assistant who told me that they were there. She then abruptly hung up before I had the chance to say that I would get someone to come and collect them for me, as they are very sentimental to me as they were one of the last things My Son got me, and He Passed Away last year aged 27. I'm so glad I did sign myself out of there as the physio girls were out today and said with the injuries I have I'd've been stuck in there for 3 months. Having to buy all my own food and get it delivered. That place is an absolute shambles and should be shut down with the treatment, or non, treatment it provides. Even last year when I was in I caught hypothermia TWICE my room was that cold.

Too big! Signage for drivers is poor entering the site and throughout. Access to parking is poor. Internally, the Hospital Complex signage is again poor. Patient/Visitor Information & Signage generally is poor. Image(s) © David T Brown: Queen Elizabeth Royal Hospital for Children

Over 3 years ago my Dad was in Langlands building. I observed staff constantly. They don't care, it's like an inconvenience to them. Can name 2 who were less caring Derek and Sally. Today was taking friend up to visit, and who was there but less caring nurse Sally. Ward 55. They show caring side when visitors in

Yesterday, I was very sick and had a lot of pain in a sensitive area of my body. I called 111 and they referred me to Queens Elizabeth Guven Hospital. I arrived at five in the evening and recorded my statements and waited 14 hours and I was in pain and waiting for my turn, but unfortunately the nurses did not like my appearance or my problem after the time. Their legs to take me to the doctor I am tired of waiting, me and my friend, and unfortunately the nurses are the ones who choose to enter I wasted my night waiting and did not enter the doctor I complained to all the workers I am tired of waiting, they tell me to go and complain to Parliament Unfortunately, you did not deserve appreciation and respect because you will not practice your work in the politeness of the profession. The medical team present yesterday 12/11

Terrible hospital! Nothing but a vanity project! Difficult to access from the motorway (for which it sits next to). Completely impractical layout! Whoever designed this place obviously never actually spoke to the doctors and nurses that will be using it. Partner has sepsis a couple years ago and was running a 40degree fever! She was placed in the burns ward due to overcrowding. It was 30 degrees in the room as the Aircon wasn't working and windows do not open! Had to purchase a Dyson fan with my own money for her room (I wasn't allowed to bring in a cheaper alternative! Had to be Dyson). Honestly the hospital is a terrible place.
