The staff are lovely, Drew spent time talking to them. He usually does in hospital as people smile at him. He got his own seat too.

Oh, what a joy it is to have a massive panic attack, feel like you’re about to faint in a firework-splattered daze, and get told by the receptionist at Stirling Minor Injuries to “just pop over to Falkirk instead.” Yes, because when someone’s barely standing, clearly in medical distress, what they really need is a magical teleportation quest to another city. Meanwhile, some lad who headbutted a lamppost after five pints gets red carpet triage. Just a reminder: this is a medical emergency, not a queue for Greggs. Thanks for the zero support, zero compassion, and maximum uselessness. 10/10 NHS gatekeeping. Next time I’ll just faint in the lobby maybe then I’ll qualify for a leaflet. Or a sticker. Or a miracle.

Katherine and Nicola were superb in going above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my father-in-law could receive the treatment he needed on time. They are a credit to the community.

After so many fail attempts to get a GP appointment for a supported person we decide to go to keep well clinic in stirling community hospital, brilliant Nurse FIONA who work at keep well clinic was so professional yet very friendly, pleasant and great help. Thank you very much for making our appointment a pleasant one.

Appalling service only people in the hospital bar 1 weren't exactly overly busy. Not interested in helping at all I had no voice and could not speak due to a elegiac reaction to medication told to go home and phone NHS 24 but how do I this speak to nhs24 with no voice and refused to do this on my behalf

Couldn’t have been better. 111 had arranged for me to attend after an hearing aid bud had come off and got stuck deep in my ear canal. Reception staff we’re very welcoming, I was seen on time and the nursing staff we’re friendly and professional and although the bud was buried deep, difficult to see and a bit tricky to remove they managed to retrieve it. Very grateful to all as it was getting a bit sore.

Stirling Community Hospital is newly refurbished hospital with greater facilities for care and it is a hub for local residents. It has minor injuries unit also. 5* for hygiene. Lovely and helpful staff across the board. Large parking and currently operate as Covid Vaccination center. My experience today at Minor Injuries Unit was great. Acceptable waiting time. Cycle stand outside with repair accessories.
