   Went for an appointment to get my implant changed after it had been in for just under 3 years, was told I was a year early. Didn't think this was right so confirmed with my own doctor that it is infact due to be changed! I could easily have taken her word for it and been unprotected without knowing. I wasted an afternoon off work and was told there was no appointments for the next 2 weeks when I phoned up and explained I was infact right. Mistakes happen but an apology and an appointment would have went a long way

   Horrendous experience with CAMHS. My child was referred here by a speech therapist for a specific issue. The psychiatrist barely discussed this and spent more time assessing our parenting skills. We took it as we wanted to do anything to help but on reflection the whole situation was handled appallingly. One generous and understanding schoolteacher made more progress with my kid in one afternoon than CAMHS did in three months.

   May,and Dr Ogston saved my life ,so at ease on every appointment May is such a caring woman who does a hard job managing office but always has time to ask if you are well Dr Ogston, is the best Doctor I have had the grace to cross paths with, my therapy worked, after many different psychiatric therapy that didnt work.....she is an amazing Psychotherapist.
