   Last few years everytime I go hear there is a different doctor and this time was no different. This one was truly awful, his arrogance and complete lack of of care was all over his face. My 3 year old daughter is still sick on week 2, I know something more is wrong and he truly didn't care sent us away with nothing and zero answers. I hope to never see him again! And I hope drumchapel hire doctors who are permanently there and actually care about there patients. Would give zero stars!!

   Got to be the worse health centre ever the Attitude from the wannabe doctors at reception desk is disgusting think they need to be on a training course how to speak with manners instead of a disgusting attitude

   Receptionist Lisa for Dr Connolly and Williams is an absolute nightmare.. arrogant and rude. Clearly needs help with customer and patient services .

   While sitting in there with my husband to have physiotherapy while sat in the waiting room there was another door open the staff in there was ridiculing patients gossiping about them calling them smelly i said outloud that it was ridiculous and another staff member came out an opposite room closed the door to the gossips room and told us that we would have to leave, i told the person we were not going anywhere as my husband had an appointment she tried to tell us we were in the wrong place and had to go, then another member of staff came out the physio room and took my husband. the staff are absolute useless
