   I am extremely disappointed with Share Learn Teach. Despite cancelling my subscription, confirmed by Steven Phyffer (Technical Director) via email on May 28th, 2022, I have continued to be charged for it including twice in the past week! I can't log into my deactivated account to attempt to fix this myself. I emailed the support team about these unauthorised charges, but it has been three days with no response. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. I hope this review prompts a quicker resolution, as their current customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

   Took out membership. No issue. Cancelled membership. Another £19.99 taken from my account. Contacted them and requested refund - not given. Three more payments of £19.99 taken in space of 6 days and no refund or communication from company. Had to get my bank to put a block on payments. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID

   Website has been hacked and payments have been taken without consent. My bank has been notified and over £200 has gone in the last two months. No answer from the company and possibly broken gdpr laws by not securing sensitive and personal information.

   Have taken money out of my account every year, despite asking them to take me off their listing. Impossible to get in contact with (I have emailed, used their own ‘contact us’ feature. Do not use this company, you will be paying every year and won’t be able to cancel.

   Took out membership during covid and cancelled. Then randomly they took 19.99 out last year. They did repay and said it was fixed. Have now taken out 4 payments, this year. Rubbish. Don't give them your details!!!
