   Put in a complaint in 2015-ish, about how this place took two years of my life away from me & are responsible for the worst night of my entire life to this very day in 2025. Got CAB, MSP, Ombudsman, solicitor & more involved & all that I believe has happened is I got blacklisted. In 2011 I thought I would be back in work by 2013. Today/tonight. Never working again. Could word this better but, dyslexia, ADHD & undiagnosed PTSD.... Not ever happening. Wish I could talk about it for 15 minutes uninterrupted ( same wish since April 2014)

   Thanks to Demi for sending me to Wishaw for further treatment. After Monklands left me wi a coupla stera strips my finger injury would never have healed and after Demi saw it says I should goto trauma unit at Wishaw to get better treatment. Ended up wi 8 proper stitches and nail bed repairs to avoid further surgery. Thanks so much to Demi and got the right treatment in end x

   I’m registered with a psychiatrist who two years ago disappeared and has never been replaced so I’ve had no follow up appointments for my mental health condition which I feel I need this is not good enough as I desperately need to see a psychiatrist to review my medication I am in desperate need of a review of my prescription for sleeping tablets as the promethazine I’m on is not working and I am in desperate need of sleep I go to bed at midnight and I’m wide awake again at 2am and don’t get any more sleep than this it makes me feel dysfunctional throughout the following day and is repeated the next night. I feel that there must be a different sleeping tablet I am in need of to enable a decent sleep pattern to what I am experiencing at the moment.

   I'm currently under the mental health team.I missed and appointment due to being sick and when I rang up to confirm I could not make the appointment I was told by the receptionist I would get a letter with another appointment date which I never got.I rang the health centre and was to I would get a phone call which I did get but had to go the the pharmacy for a prescription so missed the call.The healthcare specialist left a message saying I'm just returning your call.No message to say call back

   HAHAHA “To use a computer analogy, sometimes time hardware is fine but the problem is with the software”. Turns out the problem was, indeed, with the hardware - I was recently diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia (i.e. the suicide disease) by a neurologist. My condition went untreated for around five years, partly due to the quacks at this clinic blocking every painkiller/treatment because they claimed that I was drug seeking. Yes - I was - for something that would help the excruciating pain caused by a genuine medical condition. In addition to trying every natural method available. Steer clear. I’m a strong person but another in my situation might have thrown themselves under a train. Yes, I am angry - quite rightly so - I have lost everything that mattered to me, and I was tortured daily for years - but at least I still have my life. These quacks made my life SO much worse, at the worst possible time. Avoid like the plague - they don’t have a comprehensive enough medical knowledge to deal with these types of situations. Best case scenario, they will pump you full of antipsychotics for DEPRESSION and ANXIETY - have a look at the side effects and withdrawals - those doctors do not care one bit. Good riddance. Enjoy your entirely undeserved salary. Quacks.

   Firstly I spent 20 minutes in the waiting area listening to the jolly chat among staff in the staff room. I don't think they realized anyone could hear them. When I eventually got in, the nurse couldn't find me in the system, didn't know what I was there for. She said I can't get my blood tests done if I (!) won't contact my gp about the details. I asked the nurse if she can phone the practice herself, but she didn't want to hear about it. When I phoned them, she took my phone to chat about the problems in the system. For the entire visit her face mask was sitting somewhere between the upper and lower lip. Depending on what she was doing. She took the mask fully down for the conversation over the phone. Never sanitized it before returning it to me. The whole visit was absolutely outraging. I've never experienced this kind of behaviour from the medical staff.

   Its heartbreaking how bad this place is. Multiple doctors and practice manager who do not seem to have a clue what they are doing. Every single time i go to the GP to follow up a chronic condition they get me to repeat everything then they ask me for ideas on what they can do....thats right a medical professional asking the patient what the best course of treatment is. And thats even if you get to see the GP in the first place. Because the receptionists will try to put you off again and again. Thats even if you get through when phoning between 8 - 8.30 am Its baffling that the top down message is all about prevention and early detection of diseases but in practice the surgeries act against this because they deter you with every fiber of their being from seeing a GP. My advice is just to go to A&E because at least you will be seen ...hopefully by someone competent.

   Was left waiting for 40 minutes while Dr Welsh and Nurse Somerville had a complain about work, discussed mothers etc in 1 of the consultation rooms (obviously didn't realise we could hear them) - only after another patient asked why we were waiting 30mns did the receptionist interrupt them and remind them they had patients waiting - beggars belief !!!! Still waiting for an apology
