   Amazing experience and very helpful! I visited Robbie at the Treatment Hub in Hamilton due to ongoing pain after ankle surgery to be assessed and fitted for orthotics. Throughout my MSK assessment, Robbie fully listened to all of my concerns about my injury. He did a thorough assessment and I was very impressed with his knowledge and facilities and how well he explained everything to me. Robbie fully took me through all of my results, showing me the pressure maps of my stance and walk and diagnosing my problems. It was clear that he could help me and knew how to best design my orthotics. Due to travel I needed my orthotics quickly. Robbie amazingly turned them around in the same day as my appointment due to the Treatment hubs on-site 3D printing facilities. I really enjoyed my experience and found the whole process very interesting. I have an upcoming review appointment where any adjustment can be made, which is great. I am very excited to see the difference my orthotics make. Couldn’t recommend enough!

   Would not recommend based on my experience. Had a biomechanical assessment and was prescribed orthotics. Returned on multiple occasions to have orthotics adjusted, when they continued to cause pain and discomfort, on each occasion I was told it just took time for the body to realign. After two years of struggling to walk and stand and not making progress I sought a second opinion from another podiatrist only to be told I had been given the wrong orthotics which had further aggravated my symptoms. So in brief having paid in excess of £500 for orthotics after having been assessed at the Treatment Hub in Hamilton I was given the wrong treatment plan and orthotics which only served to further aggravated my condition. Not the standard of care I would have expected, however I am fortunate in so far as I have now found another podiatrists who has the necessary skills and knowledge to assess and provide me with the correct treatment allowing me to move forward at last.

   Was recommended to the Treatment Hub after persistent injuries and only wish I had come earlier. Throughout the process Robbie and Kirstyn explained the issues I was having very clearly and were very knowledgeable with any questions I had. I was fitted for custom insoles which suited perfectly and have since been training with high volume and no issues which I would put down to the insoles. Very smooth process throughout and couldn’t recommend the guys enough.

   I went to Robbie at The Treatment Hub after I’d completely lost hope about my foot. I had a broken sesamoid bone and had been in constant pain for ages — the only real relief I’ve had has been since seeing Robbie and getting new insoles. He made the whole process so easy and took the time to explain what was actually going on with how I was walking, which really helped me understand the issue. I can’t thank him enough — highly recommend to anyone struggling with ongoing foot pain or walking problems! I honestly can’t thank Robbie and his team enough!

It has relieved the pain greatly and is now allowing me to walk better on my right ankle where I recently had ankle replacement surgery.    For years my feet pain was wrecking my life, and I had been told I wouldn’t be able to carry on my career by colleges as it would just ‘get worse’ and my job has me on my feet constantly. Adam quickly identified that I can’t strike my heel properly, that I was twisting my ankle when walking and that I needed insoles to ease the pressure on my plantar. There was a few teething problems (i put the left insole in the right foot vice versa) but adam went the extra mile in follow up visits and we got there!! My days off are no longer plagued by foot stiffness and trying to nurse the pain, i no longer have chronic foot pain. I’ve started wearing my insoles when I do housework as otherwise I get foot pain. So worth the money if you’re in doubt just go you wont regret it!

   I was referred to the treatment hub by a consultant who had advised I was a candidate for surgery but wanted me to see if we could get the pain under control first. I honestly would have had surgery that day as the pain was excruciating and relentless and had been progressively worsening. I have been wearing insoles now for around two months and the difference is incredible. I was treated by Chris Cox and I cannot thank him enough. No surgery and no steroid injections. I am so pleased I tried this before going under the knife and got great support and advice from Chris. Thanks so much Chris.

   Very impressed by the assessment carried out by Mr Robbie Rooney. Attended for a full foot gait assessment which I though was causing long term knee pain. Within 2 minutes he had diagnosed a knee injury and suggested physiotherapy. Very reassuring and a clear explanation. Easy to book an appointment with online registration.

   Dr Adam Shafei was excellent ... diagnosed my foot problem ... gave me advice and made me bespoke insoles to treat. Excellent service and can't believe the difference in my foot. After being in debilitating pain for 6 months i now can easily walk long distances. You can't put a price on having pain free feet !!! Worth every penny and more Five star service ☆☆☆☆☆
