The main wheelchair lift was out of order on the day I arrived but the staff were offering use of the restricted access staff lift.
The staff were lovely. They've assisted my wife three times as she had three ultrasound scans here and they've also took bloods. Can't fault them. The place is nice and tidy. Couldn't ask for a better service other than the parking area, which can be quite difficult to squeeze to find a spot during peak hours. But other than that, I would highly recommend them! A++
The attitude of the older male employee in the health centre is absolutely appalling, he seems to sit at all the floors , floats about a lot , he speaks to patients as if they were a piece of rubbish, ranting this morning at a few of us because we came in the building at 07:55 , for 07:45 to 8 am appointments , shouting that he’s not happy about security , someone needs to tell him if you are late for appointments , you do not get taken . He wouldn’t last 5 minutes If he worked in the retail sector.
Good people, a wee bit snippy sometimes but its a stressful environment. Some other reviewers must try and remember that. Thank goodness for a Scottish NHS.
The worst experience I've ever had, airdrie mental health is a disgrace. If they can't numb you up on medication they have no idea how to move forward, poor appointments with no routine. One star rating is way too much for this place..
Useless. Can only call for the doctor between 9am - 11am. Silly procedure, what about those that work during this very short time slot? Genuinely gutted I was forced to switch from my doctor (of 28 years) to this Arkarm Assilum
Has to be one of the worst doctors surgery going. Used to be great. But patients definitely over powered this clinic. Can't get an appointment with a doctor without doing it over the phone. Problem being there staff have to long breaks, constantly on hold when trying to phone and useless if you do get through. Shame. Needs more staff to cope with patient demand and better upgraded phone system
