“Staff were excellent, everything explained to me during the test and when choosing frames very helpful”
“The main wheelchair lift was out of order on the day I arrived but the staff were offering use of the restricted access staff lift.”
“I previously had gotten mortgage advice from Arrowhead as a first-time buyer and was really impressed by how helpful they were in explaining the process. Now that I’m moving house, I reached out to them again, and the experience has been just as amazing. Thomas Bethell has made everything clear and easy to understand, and their communication has been excellent, especially through WhatsApp whenever I had questions. I would definitely recommend Arrowhead for mortgage advice! Additionally, I'm selling my current property through their estate agency, and they've made the entire process so straightforward and easy to keep track of. It's great having everything in one place.”
“Fantastic to have the surgery back to providing all treatments. All the staff I've met are lovely... very helpful, friendly and offering a great service. Adil in particular has given me lots of professional advice and explained every step of my treatment. He was very thorough and wanted it to be the best it could be which was much appreciated. He willingly answered my many questions too. First class patient service. Thank you.”
“First time using David for a new mortgage, though he came highly recommended. Needed the mortgage in place quickly. David said he could take care of it, and he did. The whole thing was quick, easy and painless. I can highly recommend.”
“Nicky’s professionalism, in depth knowledge , training and care for his clients are unmatched. He advises and guides without pressure and his results are amazing. The clinic is spotless and calming and discreet. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, highly skilled aesthetic practitioner look no further than Nicky.”
“I've been here once, and Wishaw General twice, for myself and an elderly relative. The experience is night and day. Wishaw General is another Stafford Hospital scandal waiting to happen again. If you're in an accident, I don't fancy your chances if taken there. The staff at Monklands, by comparison, are professional and competent. To any politician reading this: there are some hospitals that need shut down, and the staff barred from ever working in medicine again. Monklands is not one of them. Guess which hospital's staff is? Go and read Wishaw General's comments compared to the ones here, and act accordingly.”
“Love the Therapy Hub. Gillian is fantastic & her massages are first class -leave feeling relaxed and stress free. I’d highly recommend her.”

“As a young man with good career and happy home, I always thought that I could deal with any issues that life threw at me on my own. However, as the days went on I began to struggle, not really understanding how or what the cause was. That's when I knew I needed help. I reached out to Sally with the hope that somehow she could be the person to help change things and I could not have been happier with the results. Sally is an amazingly friendly, easy to talk to person who ensures that you feel like you are the only client she has. Sally not only helped me find the root cause of my feelings but helped teach me the tools to manage things going forward. If you are like me going through struggles and don't want to go through it alone, you won't regret reaching out to Sally for help . She was there for me step by step through my journey and can be there for you too. Thank you Sally for all your help.”
“My appointment was at the Endoscopy Unit. I got lost at first and ended up in the wrong part of the hospital. A woman at a desk saw me looking confused. She was not from the endoscopy unit but from a department nearby. Instead of just pointing, she stopped everything she was doing and walked with me all the way there. She kept talking to me, laughing about how the signs could confuse anyone, just to make me feel better. I was really touched by this. As it turned out, that was just the start. The whole team at the Endoscopy Unit seemed to work together in a special way. One nurse noticed that English is not my first language and immediately started speaking very slowly and clearly. She was so warm and made me laugh more than a few times. She helped me with all the forms, reading them with such energy it didn’t feel like it was her thousandth time doing it. I was a bit nervous during the procedure as it was my first time. The nurse focused on making me feel at ease. I must have asked a million questions, one after another, but her goal was clearly my comfort. She answered every single one with a smile and so much compassion. Her incredible patience is what made the difference, and I felt so calm that I barely touched the Entonox. The endoscopist was fantastic. It was not just her skill, she found a complicated polyp that isn't easy to see, but also her dedication. She took the time to explain her plan, not just for now but for my future check-ups, to make sure I would stay healthy. This showed me she truly cared about the outcome. And it did not end there. The nurse who explained my aftercare was the same. She had infinite patience with all my clumsy questions, the ones I asked just to be sure I understood everything. She just kept offering ideas to help, never showing any sign of being tired or annoyed. It was not just about one person being the best. It was about seeing a perfect team where everyone collaborated to make me feel safe. You get the feeling that these people truly love what they do. That they are here helping people because it is their passion. The whole day, they made eye contact, asked me things that weren’t just on a form, and listened like my answers mattered. It felt like they were taking care of a family member. The kindness was real and constant. If you’re reading this and feeling a bit on edge about your procedure, I hope my comment puts you at ease. I walked away with nothing but trust and admiration for this team.”
