   I went to the Specsavers branch in today because my doctor advised me to get my eye pressure checked. I suffer from migraines, and whenever I have one, my left eye feels swollen and pressurized. Although my regular eye tests have been normal, my doctor recommended I get my eye pressure checked during these episodes to make sure there is no risk. When I arrived, there were still ten minutes left before their lunch break, but they refused to see me and told me they didn’t have time — not just for now, but for the entire day. I explained clearly that I didn’t need a full eye exam, just a quick eye pressure check, which takes less than 30 seconds. I even told them I’m already registered with another Specsavers branch in Glasgow. They didn’t check my details or even make an effort to help. I find this extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I was there with a health concern that could be serious, and I wasn’t asking for much. The attitude and lack of care were unacceptable

   Friendly staff, choice on glasses very poor though! Took my 11 Yr old and there was literally 1 pair she liked had to have them as only about 10 to choose from but 4 plastic framed which she has so they don't break so easy and they more comfortable to wear!!

   Always thorough eyecheck given. Staff are lovely and helpful. Helped me to choose my glasses. Great selection and price range. Very happy. Also provide my contact lenses - again thorough eyecheck. Great service - delivered quarterly. Would not hesitate to recommend Specsavers
