The specialist team were very kind and welcoming, and the service was highly professional. They were gentle throughout the ear wax removal process and took the time to explain my condition and offer helpful advice. In my case, a second visit was required, which was provided free of charge.
The NHS is great but I'd had 3 separate appointments to get my ears looked at and none were able to solve the problem. A 20 minute appointment was all that was needed here to fully unblock both of my ears. Would 100% recommend coming here if you're needing ear treatment.
Kinza was really professional and very reassuring. She explained the whole process to me, made me feel comfortable, and helped me sort out my ear problem quickly and comfortably. She was attentive to the fact that I was overstimulated (I am on the spectrum) and adjusted without any verbal prompting. Kinza operated with kindness, professionalism, and worked very diligently. I went from having to have the volume on high with my devices, at around 34. After my appointment with Kinza, I had to turn my electronics down to 22 volume, and I still find it a bit too loud. I was in there for a whopping 10 minutes! Nothing compared to the 5, almost 6 years of pain and discomfort. I didn't think it would be that quick! Pleasantly surprised. Thank you Kinza! I highly recommend seeing the Ear doctors with this outlet, nothing but genuinely good service and kind people there.
I highly recommend Lindsay, she did a fantastic job restoring my hearing after wax became impacted in my left ear. For some time, I had noticed my hearing on that side getting poorer until I eventually lost it completely. I suspected it was a blockage due to wax, but I had no idea just how bad it was. Lindsay discovered that my ear canal was fully blocked, and the wax had solidified to the point where even suction and irrigation wouldn’t shift it. However, she persisted and, around the 11th minute, managed to dislodge it. The immediate relief was incredible. I must have had the blockage for much longer than I realised, because I can now hear soundscapes in songs I’d never noticed before! I would certainly go back to Lindsay again and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her.
I booked an appointment with Claire at the Ear Clinic in Stepps after being referred by my mum, who had a similar positive experience. The booking process was really simple and straightforward. Since it was my first time receiving ear treatment, Claire took the time to explain everything clearly, step by step, which really put me at ease. She was very attentive throughout and regularly checked to make sure I was comfortable. One of the highlights was seeing the before and after photos — it was genuinely eye-opening! Claire was professional and treated my mum with care and respect. She was able to identify an underlying infection in Mum’s ear and contacted her GP practice to request antibiotics before proceeding with any further wax removal treatment. Two weeks later the infection had cleared and Claire was able to complete the remaining wax removal. It was clear that Claire loves what she does and this was reflected in how she carried out the wax removal procedure and the care taken. I would recommend this practice without hesitation. It’s very reassuring also to know that the practice is NHS accredited. Thank you.
Took my mum who is 95 here to get her ears done. Diane has an incredible microscope that lets you see exactly what is happening on a screen in front of you. Both ears were blocked and needed quite a lot of work done to get them clean. She did this with delicacy and sensitivity. It would have been impossible for anyone to have done it better this is the place to get your ears sorted
Diane was absolutely first class. She explained everything that she would be doing and in a very relaxed manner. It wasn’t in the slightest uncomfortable and even after one ear was done my hearing was great. After both ears were done I have my hearing back to normal. Don’t suffer with your hearing loss problem. Go get it done, you will definitely feel the benefit from it. Ronnie
Diane was professional ,very informative of what procedures were on offer and advised the best option for me. She took before and after photos of inside my ear. Contacted Ear health removal and spoke with Stephen, who was lovely, due to circumstances needed to arrange a home visit for my mum. He was very accommodating and he helped get the appointment arranged quickly. Appointment was tonight with Diane and she was amazing my mum has complete relief and can’t believe how clearly she can hear again.
