   Sadly wasted a lot of money with this company a few years ago. Was quoted £3000 then noticed he didn't add the crown on the contract, even though we discussed that, so another £1000 was added, total £4000 for the transplant. Anyway, all started sorta well, Kevin was a nice guy to talk to, got booked in for the transplant etc, dates worked out well with my job but then had my transplant date moved though due to a family problem with Dr Karla apparently, which was fine (until later in the year i realised the cancellations/dates moving were persistent) Got the transplant done which was hell to sit through, constant pain & discomfort the whole time which I thought was the normal way for it to be done until I spoke to other companies & they said I should be taking them to court for the way they done it, anyway once that was done, Kevin recommended PRP to speed up the process of the hair growing back in, messaged him to get booked in for PRP & all Kevin was interested in was a review for his page, which I thought was daft to leave one as I didn't have the results of my hair growing in yet & I wouldn't recommend the process I had went through. So almost a year later I get a text asking if I want the PRP, hadn't heard anything else, no updates on what to do or asking how my hair was etc, so spoke away with Kevin & we agreed to booked 3 PRP sessions for £995. Got one booked in, again which was agony to get done & then after that, I had booked in & had my appointments cancelled 5 or 6 times, excuses constantly, even had one cancelled on the day I was travelling through (treatments aren't in Glasgow even though it's in their name) which is a nightmare as I then lose out on money for days off work too. Asked Kevin for my money back, went on for over 4 months of chasing him which then I had to leave a review & tell him I would take it to court before he would send the money back, he asked me to take the last review down which I did, but looking at my hair now, I have zero results & regret every bit of using this company, I understand that the results might not happen for everyone but from what other companies have told me, they did it all wrong & didn't give me any advice on what to use, what to avoid etc, all they wanted was a good review & more money. I don't think I can write the other companies name here but I would highly recommend searching reviews first & avoiding this company!

   I found Kevin to be really helpful. He answered all the questions I had leading up to the surgery and has also been in touch post surgery to follow up. Still early days post op but I am feeling really good about the results

   I had my procedure on the 2nd of March. Dr Kalra and technician Alex were incredibly professional, and very accommodating. Never at any point did I feel a bother during the surgery despite my questions. I was involved in the design of my hairline, and felt that I was in safe hands during the incisions, extraction, and implant stages. The only discomfort was during the injections, but you are reassured throughout. After a while the pain passes. Kevin, on the organising and consultation side of things, was also brilliant. He is professional and takes his time and energy making sure he has the correct answers. During my anxious waiting period he was more than capable at answering my questions and sent information promptly. I highly recommend Harley Street Hair Transplants, they are competitively priced and are highly professional and reputable.

   I went to Glasgow Hair Transplants Clinics for an eyebrow procedure and I am so happy with the results. I overplucked my eyebrows when I was younger and barely had anything left, so was looking for a permanent solution.
