   Receptionists are shocking. My partner has cancer and you’re fighting a constant battle to get an appointment. He had surgery and the hospital told his to call his GP to get the wound checked 3 days after he was discharged. Called the surgery and was told they couldn’t see him for three weeks! Repeat prescription requests often go unprocessed, plus other mistakes. One of the worse surgeries I have ever come across. My partner recently changed to Maryhill Health Centre and the difference in attitudes and efficiency is mind boggling.

   Kind, cheerful receptionists with my doctor as well. I only have two months experience with them so far, but I don’t understand the complaining people. They might met different staff. I’m grateful for mines.

   both receptionist should get removed now as they are rude and cheeky. I go there for problem not for entertainment purpose but they behave like they own this place that ive have to tell them first my problem .they shouldn't ask this at all about my problem. receptionist job just entry my details and book my appointment, you are not doctor so dont you ever ask what is the problem

   Never had a problem with any of the staff at Springburn Health Centre. My GP reception staff are very polite and helpful. They have many services within the building such as physiotherapy, dentist, treatment room, podiatry etc.

   Reception staff are all great ladies very helpful and friendly. All drs are great caring and supportive. Never have to wait for an appointment very long and it’s not a 8.30 am rush to get an appointment. All in all 100%

   Worst GP I have ever seen, not organised, at least one week you have to wait to get an appointment. Appointments with nurses take longer to wait. I Will move to another GP for sure.

   I had the very bad experience with my bad. He didn’t listen when I said I’m in pain. I had a shoulder Sugery, I was in pain I went to the Emergency and they told me to contact my gp for that. I called my gp because I need a fit note and to see a physiotherapist but when I explain to him, he said that’s not true even he never saw me or check on me. I need someone to help me to make my complain to NHS

   Most horrible and careless gp i ever seen dr Bellentyne and blair. I have multiple diseas and serious Diseable but my gp continue ignore me and never refer to consultant or listen my pain. And most misbehaving and literally shouting receptionist. They are not human Just ignore this gp if u r new registration
