   A Truly Special St Francis Preschool – Thank You from the Bottom of Our Hearts As our daughter graduates from nursery and prepares to begin her next chapter at “big school,” we couldn’t let this moment pass without expressing our deepest gratitude to the incredible team at St Francis Preschool. We had recently moved to the area and viewed a few nurseries before making our decision. But the moment we were shown around St Francis Preschool, we knew it was the right place. You could instantly see how well cared for and loved the children were—it was clear this wasn’t just a nursery, it was a second home filled with warmth, joy, and genuine affection. When my daughter first joined, she was an extremely shy little girl. It broke my heart to see her struggle to come out of her shell—but from the very beginning, the staff welcomed her with open arms, genuine warmth, and so much love. Their down-to-earth, caring, and nurturing nature made all the difference. She warmed up to them almost immediately, something I never expected to happen so quickly. That’s just how fantastic they are. Unlike her previous nursery experience, this one truly went above and beyond. They don’t just care for the children—they celebrate them. Whether it’s with thoughtful treats, small gifts, well-earned rewards, or the simple yet powerful comfort of a cuddle, they make every child feel special, seen, and loved. It’s clear that this is more than just a job for them—it’s a passion. And the impact they’ve had on my daughter's life (and mine) is something we will never, ever forget. They’ve helped her grow not just in her education—teaching her to read, write, and get excited about learning—but more importantly, in her confidence. She is now a bright, happy, self-assured little girl who is ready to take on the world, and I credit so much of that to the love and support she’s received here. To all the staff at St Francis Preschool: thank you for being such a special part of our journey. You’ve left a beautiful mark on our hearts that will stay with us forever.    We are beyond thrilled with our experience at St Francis Pre-School ! The staff is so attentive, kind, and genuinely invested in the children's well-being and development. Our child absolutely loves going every day and has grown so much since starting. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed to balance learning and play, and the facilities are always clean, safe, and welcoming. We’ve noticed significant progress in our child's social, emotional, and cognitive skills. The staff keeps us updated regularly, and we truly feel like we’re part of a supportive community. Highly recommend this Pre-School to anyone looking for the best care for their little ones!

   Both my boys attended St Francis from 2020 through to 2024 and both had a great experience. I chose the setting as it was intimate and not too daunting for them. Both very quickly made close friends who they kept for the duration of their time. The staff make it what it is. The deputy, Theresa has an abundance of care and empathy which came across in every single interaction - always giving an informative handover upon pick up which would give me insight into the type of day that was had, any things to note / observations. From what is a daunting experience (leaving our little ones for the first time) it became lovely to wave them off knowing they were happy, having fun and learning. We were provided with lots of pictures and updates via the Tapestry app which is the platform used to communicate with parents. Both my boys had fantastic key workers who got to know them really well and developed strong relationships. Olivia, Claire, Sue, and Theresa are the current staff members alongside the owner, Kelly. A real dream team all bringing something different to the preschool. I can truly say the staff will be missed!

   Our son has been attending St Francis since November 22 and the changes we’ve seen in him are remarkable. As a 4 year old who moved countries, he has had his fair share of challenges adjusting with peers and expressing his needs. Kelly helped us a lot by sharing resources and guiding us through the right channels. The entire team work so hard to bring the best out of each kid and always greet you with a smile at the door. We’ve received constant feedback in person and via the app they use to track and record the kid’s activities. The setting is very well arranged with a good balance between indoor and outdoor activities. From our experience trying out other settings, I must say that St Francis is truly special and one of a kind. We graduate this July and the staff has helped prep him for the next chapter. Wishing them all the best and we will really miss this lovely group of teachers.

   Both of my children have attended St francis. The management thats there now are very professional and are very structured which is good for the kids before they set off to go to primary school. All the staff are very caring and kind! The set out inside is really good and they have a good outdoors bit for the kids to play. Would definitely recommend!!
