I had a great experience at your store thanks to Sayan. He was friendly, attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcome from the very beginning. His positive attitude and great customer service really added to the whole experience.
I came in a while ago during a busy period and was served by a young guy Ahmed. Even though it was busy and I was trying on several shoes the service was very quick and friendly. Whilst dealing with multiple customers at once, Ahmed made sure everyone was being served quickly and politely!
Staff are not great at all. Huge line of people loads of them standing behind the till talking one person serving while loads of people wait. Bad service levels for the staff
FITTING ROOM CLOSED. What sense does it make for the store where they sell clothing? I don’t know. Sign was only by the fitting room, not at the entrance. So, I took stuff to try, and find out that fitting trims are closed. Been recommended by staff to try in store (I had swim suit, and leggins, and been recommended to try it on top my my cloth. The worst customer experience. Wasted 20 minutes of my life looking h for the stuff which I can’t try. Annoyed.
The salesman for Nike is quite gentle and helpful. Now the two blonde saleswoman it feels like you're doing them a favour to be spending money at the shop. It's been a while since I don't even hear a thank you after paying for the goods.
The staff was too rude and didn’t even let us shop ten minutes earlier than the closing time even after we are going for billing.
The stores software looks outdated and staff is unable to resolve the issue. Their software doesn't allow to enter customer address details manually and they are letting customer to suffer because of their own technical issue they are not processing the return. Staff looks helpless and have no clue to resolve the issue. Bad customer experience at JD Stores in Staines. NOT RECOMMENDED at all. I wish to give a ZERO rating here.
Service was good eventually had to speak to a member of staff to get assistance after 10nins wait
Went to jd sports in staines today so my son could redeem a Fashion favourites gift card that my son was given as a gift. The staff were very helpful and patient as we tried, tried and tried again, we were in the shop for over an hour trying to redeem the card. Unfortunately to no avail then one off the staff suggested changing the card for another gift card in store. Which I agreed to so they went off to see the manager to see if we could do that. However because JD Sports do not accept Fashion favourites gift cards due to problems, they suggested that I call them or better still go online and do a webcall as this would be free. Overall I found the staff to be very friendly, helpful, patient and polite.
