Got a yellow fever vaccine here for going to South America. Very knowledgeable and professional pharmacist Francesca administered the vaccine. Would recommend for travel vaccines

Most unusual and unorganised pharmacy I've been too. No clarity on where reception is. Medicines easily accesible to anyone walking past with not a person in site to monitor. Waited about for 15 20 mins and then left no staff to discuss visit with.
Just called in with a minor ailment. Team are excellent and very caring. First class service.....and they generously sponsor our local rugby club! A valuable part of the local community. Thanks all.
Booked an allergy test service. Checked beforehand the process and the description on their website and the person who took the appointment booking stated no blood will be taken ONLY a prick test. Appointment was for today 13th July. Reached 10 mins before time. Awful place, Most disorganised untidy, presenting serious health and safety risks (with medicine boxes sticking out of a shelf in the entrance hall) in the pharmacy ever in Scotland. Waited 1 hour and the lady had no clue about her pharmacy own policy, what was written in the website, how to administer the test. Complete disaster. BTW most of the tests used here is York testing which is a prick test. They incompetent people could not even figure it out with at least 4 people in the Pharmacy. The costs on the york testing website was giving a 30% discount. These people were quoting a full price + an extra £30 for someperson to take a lancet supplied in the kit and prick your fingers. Pathetic way to extract money from people who are pretty Affluent in the location where this pharmacy is set up. We got fed up and walked out after 60 minutes.Stay well away. Dears Pharmacy sack this team and get more competent and committed people who know what services are offered on a Private basis to patients.
I had my bloods taken here over a month ago and was promised a 2 working day turnaround. Still not had any results and no response to repeated attempts to phone and email both this branch as well as head office. Ended up raising a credit card dispute to get my money bank. Paying £170 for someone with no phlebotomy experience and no results to show for 2 trips to your pharmacy is not a glowing recommendation for your services.
Since they took over ownership of the pharmacy, service has gone down hill. They struggle to answer the phones which just isn't right.
Drawn important blood sample on a Royal Mail strike day then lied to me stating Royal Mail lost them. Checked system with organisation and found they were never added to system to be sent. Totally unprofessional pharmacy.
Amazing service. A member of staff, totally went the extra mile late on a Friday afternoon. Sourcing a cream that 3 other pharmacies couldn't provide and then delivering it. Thank you so much. Truly appreciated.
The staff are always friendly and welcoming, even when they're clearly very busy! Always helpful and interested to genuinely help. I'm glad to have them nearby.
