   I can't praise the staff enough ! Been attending the nurse Stacy for a number of weeks now she was so kind and caring and couldn't do enough for me ! She's very professional and knowledgeable and I felt very safe in her care I don't understand why people seem to have a problem with reception staff each and everyone of them are nicer than another always find them very polite and helpful as does my husband

   Doctors are good, receptionist are nice, HOWEVER, the appointments system is ridiculously set up and extremely frustrating. You have to phone up at 8.30am to book an emergency appointment, OR a regular appointment. As a result, you can't get through at all. Phoned every 2 minutes from 8.30am constantly, and eventually got through at 11am to be told no appointments left, phone tomorrow at 8.30am!! Why not have emergency appointments calls 8.30-11am then routine, non emergencies after that? Used to be far better managed before Covid. It's now organized very badly unfortunately.

   Very disappointed with the reception staff. Immediately dismissive and trying to get me off the phone. I used ravenswood as my family doctor for over 40 years and will definitely be changing surgery. Calling a GP especially when a loved one is unwell is stressful enough without a rude employee on the end of the phone. Compassion goes a long way

   Need more staff answering phones. My 86 year old mother who is recovering from heart attack was on hold for 24 minutes to order medication. However she had a very pleasant emergency consultation with Dr Doak last week.

   I honestly would give zero stars if I could. The staff are rude, including doctors. Don’t seem to care much about you. You also can never get through. I’ve been phoning for hours. This needs to get sorted!

   I've been registered with this practice since 2001 and I've not left any reviews before. I'm genuinely surprised at the poor reviews which have been left by other people. In the 22 years I've been here, I am giving an honest review when I say all the staff have always been helpful and professional. I've not once felt I wanted to go elsewhere. I've always received the help I've needed, and not once felt I had to go elsewhere for a 2nd opinion. The reviews I've read I feel are unfair and not a true reflection on this GP practice. Thank you Ravenswood Surgery for providing a great service to our area.

   Every time I interact with this surgery it makes me question my sanity. It does not matter what I ask from them everything is ALWAYS such a hassle/drama. The only thing they excel at is pushing the boundaries of their incompetence. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

   Second negative review for the practice due to Dr Griffin. Interesting this will be her second on Google. I find her rude, unprofessional, and more worryingly guilty of gas lighting patients. I could forgive her calling me a different name for years and choosing which patient comes first irregardless of time slot but the gaslighting is enough. It's dangerous and she aught to be investigated. I will be submitting a formal complaint and changing surgery. Avoid.

   One of the worse GP practice I attended. I was calling since 8:30 a.m and it wasn't even going through, as if the line was busy, decided to walk there, their phone didn't rang once, but still couldn't get through to the reception. Doctors are rude, especially Dr. Griffin. The doctor who prescribed my meds was confused as to why and who prescribed me those. They keep ignoring my parents mental health problems, telling us to try new meds and wait and see, they keep refusing to refer him anywhere to get help. Better to stay away from this practice.
