   I took a pair of shoes back to this place which had a broken lace loop. The shoes (£210) were less than 3 weeks old. I was told that I'd caused the damage by catching the lace loop on something or by overtightening the laces. I hadn't done either. Very poor service from someone who didn't really care that I had a problem. Very poor customer service. I wonder if this guy has heard of reviews.

   If your a big lad you have to look this shop up, shoes and trainers(13+), suits and formal wear, coats and jackets, and casual and holiday wear. Fitting room available, great advice from the proprietor, and reasonably priced too. And he sells online if you can't visit the store. Top job!
