   If I could give a 0 star review I would! 2 staff in the door "greeting" in reality they were ignoring people and just chatting, no staff on the shop floor so no one to ask for sizes, went to the two stood at the door chatting to ask for help and they told me to go look for someone else and couldn't be bothered to help me. When someone finally came over, they snatched to shoes without asking what size I wanted and had a really poor attitude. Tried to pay with a voucher which is advertised as being taken by this company and they refused me service saying they didn't think it would work, refused to even try. A bit miffed but still paid for products, walked away and checked online that the do accept the voucher, so I went back to the till to show them and they still refused to use it saying its because their company name is different. Refused to give us a refund, not sure if that's even legal! Manager and staff absolutely awful!

   Staff very rude and unhelpful. 2 staff members stood at the door talking to each other as I went into the store. Im guessing they were meant to greet customers but they completely ignored everybody and were talking negatively about another member of staff, which didn't create a warm and inviting environment for customers. I was looking for new trainers and after picking out a few pairs I wanted to try on, I couldn't find anybody to get the shoes in the size I needed. I approached the pair of staff at the door who didn't offer to help, they just used a radio to ask why nobody was monitoring the shoe section and then carried on talking to each other, leaving me to stand awkwardly wandering if anybody was coming to help or not. Another member of staff came after a while, snatched the shoes out of my hands and walked away, I had to shout my shoe size at her as she didnt ask what size i needed. The staff that were working on Tuesday 12th September at 15:30 have a special talent for making customers feel like a burden.

   Good store. Lots of products are on sale. Staff were friendly, and one greeted you at the door. Clean and tidy. Well stocked. Good prices. Good range of shoes/trainers

   Went to Sports direct in Street to return 3 clothing items bought in Sports direct, Bridgwater were there is no possibility to try them on. I got told very in a very condescending an arogant way by the store manager ," that it's not my problem" and he told me if I want a refund I have to go back to Bridgwater. The most unprofessional and impolite store manager I ever encountered

   Went to Sports direct in Street, wanted to purchase this reaction ball for a Xmas present for my son (a small nobbly ball which helps improves reactions) and the packaging was ripped open at the bottom. I asked if they had another one because I couldn't give it to someone as a present in that condition but was told that was the only one. We was then told that the staff wasn't sure what it was when it came in so they opened it and was throwing it around the store before putting it back on the shelf in damaged packaging. I ask for a discount and they only offered me 10% which was £0.80p.... Terrible service!! I refused and put it back. They continued to talk between them self's how they were throwing it all around the store the other day.... Ridiculous.

   Not very good, things up on shelves right up to the ceiling which seems around 4 or 5 meters high. Not much choice, I went in for a specific brand of shirt and they only had 3 left, one size XL and the other 2 size XXL.

   Diabolically bad - absolutely no staff to help reach items or search for shoe sizes. Most of the stock is way beyond reach up in the rafters so can't even hold anything up for size. It's as if it's just a display for in-store window shopping only. Total waste of time.
