   The Halfords - Frome - team, were fabulous when dealing with fitting my battery on my mini countryman, which is a difficult fit. I'd been turned away from a different branch the day before. Aiden in particular was really helpful. I spoke to him in the morning and his help and advice was great. When I visited the store that afternoon, he fitted the battery himself. Super service.

   Collected wiper blade no problem. I did go upstairs to look at bikes with a view to buy an electric bike, there was someone behind the till but he disappeared and I waited for someone for a while but no one appeared! I will not be coming back your loss, I will buy my bike somewhere else.

   Aiden was extremely helpful and proficient in providing and fitting the correct wiper blades for my car (there were two listed but only one of those fitted properly). Without his help I would have driven off with the wrong blades and then had to return, so paying for fitting was worth the extra for the time and money saved. Thanks, Aiden, I really appreciate the job you did.

   Really fabulous young man who made such a lot of effort to fit a new baby seat and when it wasn't looking as safe as he'd like, suggested we get another, cheaper on which does the job brilliantly. As a new grandma I was very grateful for all his advice and help and ultimately his confidence in doing his job well. Very much appreciated.

   Always fantastic - in all the times I've been in here, I haven't had a bad experience. Staff are always really helpful with questions I've had and strike the perfect balance between being around to help without being overpowering and not leaving you alone. Prices are comparable with other similar stores and they've got a good range to choose from. I'd definitely recommend.
