I explained my disabilities and the assessment structured accordingly to obtain the result. On choosing spectacles the staff were very helpful and patient. Helping me choose the correct correct frames for my face and style.
All members of staff were accommodating to our 4 year old. They explained everything in detail and kept him entertained that he felt very comfortable throughout his appointment. Brian went above and beyond, making it a fun and enjoyable experience.
Lovely, friendly staff, explained everything during and after the hearing test and never pressured to make a purchase. Really positive experience
Being a customer over many years at Motherwell, and being advised (months ago) by the optician that I had blepharitis both eyes and still have, my GP advised to arrange a follow- up review with the optician who having assessd would consider prescribing medication - thereafter my GP would prescribe as guided by the optician. Was disappointed to be advised today that an appointment to see an optician was DENIED (despite raising our concerns denying an examination in the shop) - the process apparently being submitting a photograph whereafter a telephone appointment !!! Poor service and not what I would have expected as a longstanding customer.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Got my new glasses within a week of ordering them. Went back to store for collection and fitting was carried out through...making sure glasses where correct fit for myself. Daughter aged 7 had eye test carried out aswell and all staff very friendly, She was delighted with kids activity pack given to her .

Both my wife and I went to have our eyes examined today, and we were both blown away with the level of genuine customer care we received today. I was very impressed with Miriam my optician and David who helped my wife chose my glasses. Jean also told me the lady optician who examined her eyes was exceptionally professional and Jamie was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping her choose her glasses. Will be back as the staff are the gift that just keeps giving.
I was very pleased with the excellence service that I was given by my Local Specsavers. Everything was explained to me in detail and I felt very relaxed and listened too. When it was time for me to choose spectacles, the assistant gave me the best advice and helped me choose a fantastic frame at a great price. I will be returning shortly for a second pair. I would definitely recommend.
