Better chance of winning the lottery than getting ahold of them at 8am. Additional ways to make appointments must be implemented. Why have an online appointment schedular if you aren’t going to use it? Why can’t we call later in the afternoon to schedule an appointment later in the week?, this also allows us to fit our appointments in around work. Changes need to be made.

Absolute joke. Watching my mum cry in pain because every time she goes to the doctor's they just try to give her painkillers and sleeping tablets instead of finding out the issue that is causing all her pains. She needs an MRI. She's got an issue with her spine and nerves which causes her so much pain but she's just getting told to take painkillers and sleeping pills. And that it's due to menopause. Honestly it's laughable that GP doctors are getting paid so much yet refuse to help people who are genuinely struggling with their day to day life due to their pain. And playing the card that you're in pain due to menopause...who does that...this is the worst GP practice I've ever been to. Doctors are just looking for an easy solution by prescribing meds that are just covering up an issue for an hour or so instead of helping someone. Spinal problems are serious. And if she ever ends up unable to work that's due to the negligence of this practice.

Worst gp practice EVER! Can’t even get online appointments anymore only if you phone on the day which isn’t ideal at all. Can’t find all my repeated prescriptions in my patient account and when I leave a message with clear instructions what I’d like to get half of the stuff gets missed or messed up. If it was one time or even two I won’t care but it happens time after time. Creams I asked for are not in the package and after I went in personally to the practice asking for it they prescribed a different one. Only realised when I got home from the pharmacy being there for the second day in a row . Called the gp and finally when the phone was answered for the second time calling in and I was called rude because after repeated mistakes they made I dared to asked them how hard is it to get things right. As I said wasn’t a first time nor second and I believe after many many times everyone would have the same question or some people even after the second time. Absolutely rude staff they have there and of course they blamed the pharmacy for giving me the wrong creams. So thanks to them I have to go back for the 3rd day in a row. Simply ridiculous! Stay as far from them as you can!

Doctors are brilliant but the receptionist staff are far from that.. if you phone anytime after 10am you're lucky if they answer the phone.. and if they do, you're met with a cheeky response. No wonder people don't rate this surgery!!!!!

Reception staff are totally disinterested, they let the hole place down with their "Gestapo approach" to people. Doctors a great and always trying there hardest that's if you past the Rottweiler in reception.

doctors are superb at this practice. receptionists are a joke, rude, unhelpful think they need training in speaking to people over the phone and treat the patient with care and compassion not speak down to them.

GPs are friendly, receptionists act like they have better things to do than be receptionists
