Very poor. Popped in to make an appointment only to be told they're only doing emergency medical appointments even though there's nothing on the door/windows to say this. NHS these days is very broken, very useless & redundant to say the least. Waste of time and pointless

This is a lovely surgery. I always felt well looked after especially during my pregnancy and after having my little boy. The staff in the reception are just so lovely and kind, they always do their best to accommodate an appointment. When it comes to my little boy think the ladies go above and beyond to help us. 5 stars. Dominika O.

Difficult to get through and when you do, get told need to call back at 8:30am next day for appointment. Very difficult for people who are working, doing school run etc. Not all patients are elderly and think maybe need a better system for appointments for working people.

Absolutely dire surgery. To get an appointment my wife and I have to continually call and the minimum number of calls is 252 so far. Ridiculous. If you go to the surgery to get an appointment at the surgery you have to explain your condition in front of multiple others waiting to be seen. But then you may well not get an appointment. This despite being told by the sister surgery that you can get a medication appointment on the day. Consistency? The surgery NEVER runs on time and you'll be at least 30 minutes late. I was told I had to wait 2 weeks for a review, by which point my medication would have run out. Then when I complained, all of a sudden there were multiple appointments. Oh and apparently it's perfectly normal to have to take a half day off work on the whim that you actually get an appointment. And then then GP might not phone. Last week I waited over half an hour to get through and the phone was picked up and out down. Go elsewhere and avoid this shambles of a surgery.

I think people need to remind themselves that if you take the GP title away, what have you got? Another human being. They have families too. So the lack of face to face during the pandemic was necessary. If someone came in with covid the doctors would be at risk at taking that home to there own kids and families. Also, they were seeing people face to face, the whole phone call first was also necessary to fish out all these people that should not make an appointment. For example - if you think you have a broken bone that's straight to a and e as the surgery doesn't have an x Ray and if you think getting a letter from the gp to go to hospital cuts the time, well it doesn't. As children and emergency patients always get seen first at the hospital. Also, a lot of people before the pandemic made appointments and didn't turn up. That goes onto my second point. Doctors are late seeing patients as they have always been thorough and staying late just to deal with patients. Including calling with results. I've not met one doctor in that practice that hasnt went out there way just to make sure whatever you are ill with they deal with it. So, yeah maybe spare a littlle nice thought for the doctors. As understaffed as they are they are working there butts off just to provide there services. I know it can be frustrating but they do have a lot of patients at the practice also, and that's not undermining whatever you have. Love and light xxx

Worst practice ever! rushed out the door with my newborn by GP! said... she’s ran over her appointment time and had another patient in the waiting room” meanwhile I was stood with my newborn unwell & told to persevere.

Literally the worst doctors surgery I have ever encountered. Was with them for years, recently changed to a new practice and cant believe the difference. Reception staff are rude, unhelpful and act like they are doing you a favour by arranging a doctors appointment. Never had any issues with any of the GPs, if you could get an appointment. Understand they are oversubscribed but theres got to be an alternative to being rude and inefficent to those asking for help.

Get your facts right. When you refuse to give an emergency appointment to a child with a bad head bump (concrete from 3steps high) refer them to the children's hospital in Govan. DON'T tell them to go to minor injuries at Stobhill. They don't treat children and the trip with be a distressing waste of time. Infuriating.

Have been calling all day it is now13:10, phone still engaged. God help me if this had been an urgent call. This practice has really gone downhill since the Jamiesons retired and the new bunch have taken over. Have been a patient with the practice for over 40 years and have never experienced anything like this. The service they are now providing can hardly be called that. I dread to think what it will be like when the new houses are built and occupied as they can't seem to cope just now.
