1. The magnificent Zhong ★☆☆☆☆

   The company is run very badly. I won't go into business with it but there have been far too many issues. The chief executive is called Ann Rushford. She is a total liar and likes to promise that stuff will get solved nothing ever does. She likes to keep loads of stuff to herself. If you end up wondering something she will never tell you and some of her staff within the office won't tell you.

   Issues with payments would not recommend and other stuff like that I have lost couple of nurses to do with other stuff as well. they shouldn’t have people that aren’t good at their job or too great or too bad they should have someone that is in between good and bad which is just ok. I think they need People like that. They do need to get better though. They are ok but there is more stuff they need to improve I feel as though. If I was to give between a 1 star to a five star for since they have been working for me I would give them a 2. That is just how I feel I don’t mean it in a rood just been issues since they have been working for me. I have forgotten so ye anyway. What I am trying to say is try them. And if you do give them a chance if something goes wrong.

   Very easy and painless to get a COVID test. The facility was easy to find, and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Got results in 15 minutes and willing to print letters if results are needed for traveling! Definitely recommend!

   Completly incompetent at basic administrative and customer service levels, including their own online system. Dfficult to communicate with. I have been waiting ages for my refund for the Covid test (stil not received my money) that I've cancelled few days prior the date through their online system as advised in confirmation email. After several calls with different people at HQ was told they can "see" my resulsts even though I have not attended it! Ridiculous to be honest, please use other company if you can.
