If I could give zero stars I would. This place is literally NO HELP they couldnt give a damn about anyone. Not the parents or the children. My son has been waiting for an assessment for YEARS!! And im still waiting for him to be seen. His behaviours are dangerous to himself, to everyone around him and they said hes not priority cause hes not SUICIDAL! HES A CHILD!! 5 god damned years of waiting ans still NOTHING, NO HELP!! Just told your his parents you will know, I DONT BLOODY KNOW NOTHING!!! Every day is a fight, every day is a nervous wreck, he wrecks the house, he runs on roads, he smashes everything, he doesnt listen to anything and dont get me started with well kids dont listen, he doesnt to the point of injury a lot. The amount of times im having to chase him cause he bolts, he hits those in his class, his learning is behind because well, speech and language cant do anything more until they know WHAT NEIROLOGICAL DISORDER HE HAS but CAMHS cant even do that, school have tried to get a push so they can best help my son but nope, still not priority, nearly hung himself in the summer WHOOP NOT PRIORITY, Runs on roads even with cars coming cause its fun NOT PRIORITY, It's himself, bites himself, literally bites his finger tips off, STILL NOT PRIORITY!!!! Im sorry but when does any CHILD still in PRIMARY school become a priority when these behaviours are clearly not. The amount of hospital trips hes had because of his behaviour to extent of injury, drs and nurses have tried to get a push with camhs especially when he was in hospital this summer, drs tried talking to him and all he done was bang his head into walls and doors. CAMHS ARE A JOKE!!!! Id go private but hey i had to quit work so cant afford it now, had to quit work cause well, my sons needs were far greater, especially when his behaviour was disruptive EVERYWHERE!!! I could write in this all day long and have a whole book for everyone to read but hey ho, here we are. Doesnt matter if you push and push, doesn't matter if your child's behaviours are dangerous or in my case with my son, LIFE THREATENING. they dont give a damn, its sickening. They need to pull there heads out there behind cause my sons getting shoved under the radar. Its bad that where we stay a hell of a lot of people know who my son is. I dont know them but they know who my son is. Thats how well known he is for the way he is. CAMHS ARE A JOKE!!!!!!!!!! HOPE THEY ALL READ THIS!!!!!!!!

Absolutely diabolical. Was in A&E for self harming and suicidal ideation when I’ve had previous attempts and literally got told that I would be fine and that I should move camhs teams because I’m originally from aberdeen literally told her no and left the call. Not any help whatsoever and would never talk to them again. I don’t even know her name but whoever she is she shouldn’t be doing her job. Also just got told I was tired & hungry. Like so that doesn’t make my crisis any less.

Disgraceful. I heard from friends and family they didn’t care and it was pointless calling them but can now say from experience they are awful. I’m disgusted. I called weeks ago about advice for my son who was diagnosed with Autism last year. Still nothing. They were cold and strange when my son had his assessment and made it clear I was on my own now unless really needed. Less than a year later I felt I really needed some advice still nothing. I won’t be contacting again

I was told that everything I have been throw is just low mood I've been going throw this for most my life and within like 5 minutes of knowing me he said its just low mood I felt so un validated to the point I feel I need to validated my mental pain with physical I shouldn't feel like that after leaving a place that's meant to do the opposite I was also asked about my sa but he asked it by saying something along the lines of how do you feel about the disagreement with your friend ar new years i was sa'd not haveing an argument. I felt like a 2 yo trying to tell him unicorns are real these emotions aren't some made up animal its real i know what I'm talking about its been my whole life for along time and having someone talk to me like I was was being dramatic makes me feel worse than when I went in.

They have neglected my daughter in need. She was attending sessions once a week for nearly a year and then suddenly this April they stopped seeing her. They been explaining themselves that they are overwhelmed with new cases and will be in touch soon. Unfortunately no one has got in touch to this day! I have contacted counselor at my GP and he has written letter to them to resume my daughter's sessions. I know not every case is equal, there are more severe and less severe but that doesn't mean you can neglect a child in need...

From diagnosis with Shri who was absolutely amazing to still having visits for my daughter with Amy - I cannot thank these amazing people enough they are truly a treasure to have helping all the other children not only my daughter.

They don't care about you and they use a structure for everyone and it is the same for everyone and not everyone is the same
