Extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful reception staff! Not willing to listen to your clinical concern and automatically you are told no appointments available. A better triage system should be put in place for issues that arise throughout the day!

Absolutely shocking medical centre. They run off locum doctors, and mainly telephone appointments only. Repeat prescriptions take a week to be done which is no exaggeration. I'm now actually over a week waiting for mine for the 5th time in a row. Your left for days without vital medication as your not allowed to order early to try make up for their time scale. The reception staff are so rude especially the 2 new younger staff that have been hired, they tell you these things are not their problem. They refuse to phone the barcode to the pharmacy to allow you to get your medication saying it's illegal whereas being a qualified Pharmacy Technician I know what drugs legally can be phoned through and what cannot. It's getting beyond a a joke now. Make complaints to NHS and through PASS as this place needs a total shake up.

Made an appointment to have a diabetes test done by doctor . Arrived a week later to get test .appointment time comes and I receive a phonecall informing me I have a phone call appointment, I was actually about twenty feet away from where the call was made . I was advised by receptionist to go home and they would try and get the doctor to phone me . Keep in mind this is to have my blood taken for a diabetes test . When will someone in authority understand these phone call appointments DONT work especially when you need blood taken . Pure nonsense . So now I've to make another appointment to get my blood taken for the test (which I could have had done when I was sitting in the surgery . What a backwords set up . The pots and pans were great during COVID for showing our appreciation for a great service so what do we do now for the awful service we are receiving now . The time spent send txts telling all patients that they won't accept verbal or physical abuse ( which is right ) is another waste of time. Stop the texts just phone the police . How many patients actually feel worse and some no doubt cancel appointments because of these texts . For goodness sake get your act together.

This currently has to be the worse doctor surgery within the SNHS. Constantly engaged phone lines dont want give out appointments and fail their patients at every opportunity. The doctors in this practice do not care about patients or there needs they tell you alm appointments are taken yet when you go into the surgery it is empty not a person in the place. Currently I have my wife in hospital rushed in by ambulance in a emergency due to these doctors not listening to what she was telling them and just wanting to put more and more pills into her system she is now currently lay in a hospital bed after being told she has cancer again for a 2nd time something which could have been picked up by any doctor with the symptoms she had and should have been considered from the first phone call she made to the surgery. We have subsequently been told by a very professional doctor in the hospital that the way she has been treated by this surgery that they are unsure how long the cancer has been there. Due to the cancer she has had 9 litres of fluid drained from her stomach another thing these useless doctors failed to pick up on. Something needs done about this place and quickly it's not run properly and doctors are failing the very people they are meant to care for. I really do feel for the staff on reception as they are the ones whom have to put up and answer patients for the failings of the doctor. It's simply not good enough and I wonder how many more this situation is happening to from this place. If I could give zero stars I would. Sick to the back teeth of this place.

absolutely horrendous service from them today which is a shame because they are normally very friendly and helpful. Contacted them a few days ago regarding a prescription issue, was informed by the female on the phone that the chemist would contact me back the next day to sort the issue. That was fine with me. Next day no contact from the chemist, not a big deal, gave it one more day with again no contact (still not really an issue to me). The following day i contacted the chemist who informed me that the medical centre had no knowledge or communication from the health centre regarding my issue and advised i contact them. Contacted them and omg how bad a service they are. The female on the phone put me on hold for 10mins (didnt bother me) then hung up on me, i phoned back and immediately after hearing my voice she puts me on hold, asks a colleague to deal with me and accuses me of being rude and irrate.....i was not rude nor was i irrate. I truly believe this was a miscommunication between the two of us as i was in no way saying she had done anything wrong. However, i tried to explain to her what was happening but she kept talking over me and would not let me speak, saying i was rude and immediately passing me to a colleague whom immediately accused me of being rude without even hearing what i had to say or even let me speak before hanging up. Absolute disgrace from what has normally been a very very friendly health centre. I was not even allowed to speak to a manager of any sort, perhaps such a thing doesnt exist in a health centre. Sadly when money doesnt change hands, the level of service goes out the window. I am a tax payer, i PAY for this service, and what a poor poor service it is. I truly wish the female on the phone gets to relisten to the conversation that took place between us and she will see where she went wrong. Dsigrace
