   Was quite anxious when Dr Gemie retired as over years had many appointments with her she knew myself well and my family however from very start Dr Smith put me at ease and had obvs taken time to read notes and get rough idea of conditions etc before first appointment which was very reassuring and less stressful than having go through everything. I had felt quite anxious about a male doctor as well but Dr Smith was very easy to speak with etc on one appointment he had need to call through new Dr Gormley who was so lovely and felt so relaxed as soon as she was attending to me. I've had several appointments with both new Doctors and would like to thank them for the ease of having to start again with a new Doctor I have had no issues. Also when call in morning for appointment you get a Doctor call you back and anytime I've called there has not been too long at all to wait for either Doctor to call back. Also have had appointments with both new nurses (apologies for not remembering names) they both also put you at ease and are really friendly and easy to talk too. Receptionists are always found to be pleasant, very helpful if have any queries.

   Great service phoned at 8:30 doctor called me back within 10 mins told me to come round . I was very surprised at how brilliant the service was dr smith is a very pleasant guy always tries to help great manner and I do trust his opinion

   Appointment for blood test today at 9am nurse not arrive to work well I remember 3 years ago I been late 3 min for blood test nurse not give me excuse this time please see how work system appointment on this place never ever better change gp

   I am writing this review as I am not happy by the way my mum was spoken to by one of the receptionist’s at the surgery. I work in the NHS and would never talk to anyone the way my mum was spoken to, I just think it is appalling as my mum is in her 80`s and feel she should be given more respect than she got, I know everyone is under pressure at the moment but still doesn’t give anyone the excuse to be abrupt to an elderly person.
