   Absolute nonsense of a place blood clot leg receptionist wouldn't let me see doc or book an appointment at the desk by phone only which they never answer cause Thier too busy drinking tea and eating chocolates and say you have to ring at 8am to get an appointment arrogant receptionists are gonna kill someone shouldn't have to be pushy person just to get proper health care .....the doctor himself is great putty about reception

   I don't go as low as 1 star as the doctors r fine but seriously who is that woman on the blue wing reception short strawberry blonde hair, very small, glasses. She is so unhelpful. No matter what I ever call about or ask for help with its just always the same answer 'No I can't help you' sometimes I'm barely finished my sentence. She's very unhelpful and doesn't seem to care about patients needs. She puts me in mind of that little Britain sketch 'computer says no' broken record. Someone ought to have a talk with her as I don't for a second think she is doing her job properly

   honestly the worst service I've encountered in my life. Do none of the receptionists know how to answer the phone? Literally been waiting an hour trying to get a hold of them and no one has been answering the phone. It's been going into a loop and I'm trying to get the results from an x-ray as well as blood tests but instead I'm stuck in limbo trying to get a hold of them. PATHETIC.
