   Issue with glasses with lense coming loose 3 times. Complaint about quality handled very well by apologetic staff. Immediate replacement with alternative given and defective glasses temporary repaired free of charge as spare pair for keeping. Great staff / customer service. Thank you.

   Disabled pensioner who had an appointment for much needed eye test. Arrived for her appointment and then had to go to the toilet. Because the pensioner who had a walking aid stroller took 10 mins to get to the toilet at the opposite end of the store, go to the toilet and get back again she was told they no longer had time to complete the eye test because appointments are only allocated 25 mins and their lunches started at 1pm. What shocking customer service. So guess where we won’t be going to purchase our glasses. Awful customer service, shocking and made the woman feel inadequate for being slow at walking and needing the toilet. The staff should be ashamed of themselves. I am sure if it was their mother they would not be too pleased at her being treated like that. Your loss Vision express our business will be going elsewhere !

   Always get great service. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. On this occasion I was just purchasing a spare pair of glasses but they didn't try to persuade me to buy another designer pair but was shown a selection in the shape I was looking for. I will definitely go back again.
