Lovely polite staff and doctors. The doctors really take the time to listen and help, its nice to not be rushed or feel like your on a conveyer belt getting pushed out of the door so they can get through as many people as possible which has been my experience with the previous 2 surgery's i have been with here in paisley. The only gripe I do have is, as with most surgery's in the area (thanks covid) they operate on a appointment by calling in that morning but they dont have a queuing system which makes it that bit harder trying to get through.

This is the worst services ever, The help desk should be called a grave desk. I complain about mild Tommy pain and they told me all appointments booked. I called over 3hrs before I could get a response and the lady was just saying sorry I have to call back tomorrow. It’s a nightmare reaching the hospital and afterwards if you were lucky they will turn your request down. Worst service ever.

I moved to Paisley a year ago & this surgery was the closest to my house. When I read the reviews I was very sceptical & dreaded having to deal with them. Knowing that all aspects of the NHS is in crisis since Covid, I actually found myself to be pleasantly surprised & I have to say, that in my experience, the receptionists have been nothing but pleasant & helpful for which I am extremely grateful. The help & support I have received is very much appreciated. I have also been lucky enough to get an appointment when required but will agree that the phone lines are extremely busy. Having said that, I work in Glasgow & our work lines never stop so can totally understand. I can’t comment on all of the Doctors as I have only seen Dr Mahmood & yes, he has a quiet demeanour but he is a fantastic GP & diagnosed a potentially life threatening illness & for that I will always be grateful. I would definitely recommend this surgery.

This hands down must be the absolute worse surgery in the country. If you are not depressed when you arrive you'll sure as hell be depressed when you leave. If you're lucky enough to get an appointment, upon arrival your met by receptionists who either don't enjoy their job, view patients as an inconvenience or are deliberately unwelcoming. The telephony system is appalling with a constant engaged tone for sometimes up to 2 hours. We live in a digital age where we can implement systems advising patients where they are in the queue, this is especially important for those of us who work and dont havw the muxury of apending 2 hours continuously redialling. Oh and by the way turn a bloody light on. To expect patients to sit in the dark waiting to see the Dr is disgraceful and all part of the unwelcoming vibe of the place. Dr Mahmoood needs an antidepressant himself such is the contempt he treats his patients with. I welcome the new Dr Horn who is pleasant and very thorough.

There was no option for zero stars so 1 it is.. Dr. Mahmood.. Probably the rudest person I've ever met in my life! Attended an appointment with my son this morning, not a smile, no hello.. Nothing! Just a scowl! Questioned who I was as I was there with my son.. Ignorant, rude and very unprofessional! Won't be back and in the process of registering my family with a more professional, friendly practice.

You phone from 8.30 then eventually someone answers at 9.15 and tells you there's no appointments left to speak to a doctor. What a joke of a practice. I had to give 1 star or it wouldn't let me post it as they would have got none !.
