Friendly happy lady's. They were amazing, bubbly and treated me nicely and kindly, Very polite and made me feel welcome and treated with respect. Were great with my 10 month old who was crying while I was getting the eye test done and stopped to let me deal with her then carried on after she had her bottle lol

The whole experience from entering the door to choosing glasses to leaving was great the support I got was brilliant. The help on finding frames the choices to be made on the different lenses was second to non thank you ladies xxx
What a lovely opticians. It is a little gem. The staff are lovely, pleasant and knowledgeable. They gave good information and guidance when choosing new specs. The clinic was sparkling clean. I would really recommend.
Good to get back and order new glasses. Staff as cheerful and welcoming and professional as ever. In saying that, it was a bit strange for me as I've spent so long shielding and am not sure about the Covid protocols. But the staff were very helpful and reassuring and made me feel as though they were waiting just for me. So, two pairs of new glasses arriving in a couple of weeks, and I know the staff will be there, just waiting for me.
Staff couldn't have been more helpful! Spent as much time as I needed helping to find glasses that suited me and sorting the correct contact lenses and monthly plan that fitted my needs. Top drawer service!
Great selection for a small town shop. The staff are wonderful at this branch. The optician was young & bubbly and made you feel comfortable. Audrey and Lynn go over and above with their customer service skills. They can't do enough to help. Really kind and supportive helping to pick suitable glasses. 5 well deserved stars.
